Frank Biazzi is a Belgian techno producer and DJ, knowing many cult classics behind his back. His perfectly balanced sound between hardgroove and tribal techno was kind of defining in the so-called "golden days". His EPs on Lupp label are definitely beside his most notable ones - including "Turbulence", which was not really missing from any DJ's record bag around that time. In 2004, he sadly have to retire from DJing due to his acute tinnitus, causing him nearly a decade of hiatus. In 2013, he came back to the map with a brand new, refurbished sound, just like nothing happened before. 
Talking about the "Turbulence" EP, the title track's real charm lays in the rigid, stringy noises, capable to blow up any dancefloor and festival ground at any moment. It shaped my sound as well quite much and when I came to surface as Vic Tailor in 2019, I already knew that I want to pay some tribute to this track as well. In 2021, I featured this bootleg in my "Smashmix", giving the whole track a thicker groove and some tribalesque percussions. Now that I'm 32, I think it's the best time to share this remix with you all.
