No, pa je končno tukaj 😀 sicer z večmesečno zamudo, ampak bolje pozno, kot nikoli, ane? Ta miks je videl en haufn različnih idej, možnosti, sprememb ter vloženih ur dela, zaradi česar upava, da se vse to uspešno odraža v miksu. 

To je bil prvi proper B2B DJ set za oba od naju in predstavlja vse, kar sva želela predstaviti na letnem (dramen)bejs pikniku: Rafal svojo 140 BPM plat, VIKIt svoj uizi(-ish) in soulful vibe, oba pa sva se najbolj našla v deepu, ki ga je temu primerno tudi največ v tem setu.

Hvaležna sva vsem, ki so na tak ali drugačen način pripomogli k organizaciji in izvedbi tega fenomenalnega eventa, ter seveda vsem poslušalcem, ki so z nama povajbali na ta pozno poletni, avgustovski popoldan, pa tudi tistim, ki miks še nameravajo poslušati! ^^

Rafal and VIKIt are excited to present a recording of our first proper B2B DJ set, performed at the annual (dramen)bejs picnic in August.

This mix has gone through numerous ideas, revisions, and hours of work, and we hope all of that successfully reflects in the final result. It brings together bit of both worlds—Rafal’s 140 BPM tryout and VIKIt’s smooth, soulful vibe—with deep DnB serving as the strongest common ground between our styles and, accordingly, being the most prominent subgenre in this set.

We are grateful to everyone who helped organize and bring this fantastic event to life, and, of course, to all the listeners who joined us on that late summer afternoon—and to those who are about to experience the mix for the first time! ^^

Since 2011, Jenn + Juice has been a prominent figure in the electronic music scene, initially making waves in the EDM world of central Florida. From her early years as a DJ, Jenn played an integral role in cultivating some of the areas most iconic and must-attend events, helping shape a vibrant dance music culture. Her passion and vision eventually led her to evolve beyond the DJ booth into the realm of music production, where she continues to push creative boundaries.

As an Apres Ski pioneer, Jenn + Juice was instrumental in shaping the apres ski culture at Big Sky, Montana, and has since taken her unique sound on the road, completing a highly successful apres ski tour across various ski resorts throughout the United States. Known for blending a diverse array of genres, Jenn's style draws inspiration from artists like Justin Jay, Westend, Kaleena Zanders, Maddy O’Neal, Illenium, and many others, creating a one-of-a-kind fusion that defies traditional genre boundaries.

Her captivating live shows have garnered attention and praise from audiences everywhere. Over the years, Jenn + Juice has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in electronic music, including Valentino Khan, Maddy O'Neal, Skiitour, Eazybaked, Marshmello, and AC Slater, among others.

Dug-e's musical influences grew with childhood memories from Motown and soul to Dire straits, Jean-Michel Jarre, and Queen So.
In the early 90's Dug-e found dance music and had an affinity for house, hardcore jungle, and techno. DJ’s within his circle like Carl Cox, Ratty, Easygroove, and Donovan Bad Boy Smith inspired him to buy his first set of turntables in 93, and he entered into the dj world. With a mecca of nightclubs in his home town, Goldiggers (running the well-known Devotion night every Friday) was his regular spot to chill. After playing various venues regionally and locally, he got to return to this local hub and play.
Dug-e took a break from the scene for several years. In 2016, he was quickly spotted by Dance Conspiracy head honcho Marcus Allen who added him to Dance Con family with a dj residency in Nov 2017 and he hasn’t looked back. Dug-e has gone on to do special guest mixes for Meditdnb in Greece, on Blackduckradio, and on Donovan Bad Boy Smith’s show for Bassdrive.com. After connecting to Danielle Foster (DJ MissFortune) who runs Futuresoundsradio, he started doing monthly mixes for FSR. Dug-e has jumped into production and has been honing his trade for the last couple years with close friend and DnB legend Muwookie. Together, they have just released their debut 2 track EP with FX909 Music called Can’t Stand the Pain / Still…Keep your ears sharp for more music from this talented artist, as he’s showing no signs of letting up with new projects!
