Amateur knob twiddler.

Being middle-aged, I can no longer be called a bedroom producer: I now have a fully dedicated shelf for my music gear in the "home office" part of my living room.

In need of all kinds of feedback to make better music.

When I'm not playing video games, I might actually be found working on some production. I'm really into an all hardware approach to music making these days and loving various synths, sequencers, and drum machines. I would even dare to say music making has surpassed gaming and is now my main pastime! While still trying to pinpoint my musical "sound", I definitely find myself incorporating my love for Deep House from my many years spent as a DJ but I'm not afraid to just let the music guide me in the moment. You can likely expect House, Techno, Electronica, Experimental, Synthwave, and basically anything synth-focused. Thanks for listening!

Antares is a dark and atmospheric, break heavy Jungle project by Josh Stotz.  Conceived in January of 2019, as the Illicit project was put to bed, influenced by darker cinematic landscapes and ambient works.  Part of Ballpark Recordings, Force Recordings, Cause 4 Concern LTD, Hangry Records, Suicide Audio, Monkey Business, Locked Up Music and always more in the works. Antares aims to bring a darker cinematic soundscape to modern Jungle.
