As the habitat of nature is diminishing, which it is on this planet, there is less natural spaces and untouched nature than ever in human history on this planet. Not only do animals lose their habitat, but also the spirits of the earth.

Earth spirits don't go into extinction like animal species do. They more go into this banished realm, where they exist, but they're not here anymore.

My intention with this class is going to be to create the invitation, the connection for them to re-enter the planet sphere, this planet, to accompany our bodies in living. 

When you lose those natural spirits, there is like a piece of the puzzle that's not as available.

So what can you and your body be to access, invite, invite the nature spirits, the natural spirits that have lost their habitat?

What energy, space and consciousness, what vibe can your body be to re-establish, to be that habitat?

There was a time on this planet in our ancestral past, and I don't mean in a direct line, take that in infinite ways, where earth spirits were the dominant species on the planet.

There was literally not a single indigenous peoples that didn't know about earth spirits. And this is why you sort of hear about nature spirits more in indigenous legends.

Some of us are more closely related to more indigenous cultures than others. European descent cultures tend to be the most pasteurized from this energy.

Remember all those lifetimes when you lived with with spirits and you knew them. And you definitely respected their power. Until humans and techies figured out a way of usurping the power of nature, including the nature spirits, by taking and killing the habitat that consciousness can inhabit.

What can you be? And what can your biology be to create, invite, to reassert the dominance, to bring forward the reign of nature spirits?

Bringing forward the reign of nature spirits - AR

Are you projecting human qualities onto things that aren't human? Like talking animals?

We see a lot of anthropomorphized nature spirits in fairy tales and in children's books. So we're comfortable with the fairy where, we are comfortable with the garden gnome.

There's like a layer of what I would call positivity that we tend to put on nature spirits, which is fine. However, there's also a lot of nature spirits that aren't necessarily fairy tale material, right?

They're like the bog spirits and the stinky ones and the weird ones and all of that fungus and depth and rot and interconnectedness and darkness that exists in nature, will you have that?

Do you want to perceive the earth spirits? Because earth is deep, dark, and dank, right? The earth is full of all sorts of things. And there has to be, at some point, space for them to be what they are, not what you're comfortable with.

And that's what I would ask you to surrender is what you're comfortable with in favor of what they are.
