Taking a break from recording for a lil as I’m dealing with some nagging injuries and I’ve  been ordered to rest from doctors. I can’t express the relief finding a competent doctor after experiencing nothing but relentless disappointment and complications that I have received from the health care system my entire life. 
Hopefully this will lead to some relief, the distraction of chronic pain and disease isn’t really something you can comprehend unless you live it.
But there are solutions to your problems out there you just have to have the will to go through whatever is necessary to find your answers, exhaust all options and try all avenues if necessary as long as you are stumbling forward in the right direction you are on the path. Inertia and hesitation, or running away from your problems will rob you of the potential you could of manifested by bearing the responsibility of the situation  rather than stagnating and causing the issue to compound over time. 
The truth is only you are going to be able to identify, decide and act on the changes you know you need to make in life that will make you the strongest version of yourself. You have a responsibility to do this, not only for yourself, but for everyone you love - they deserve the best version of you but we are all in this together. They have to do this for you, or you must ask, why do they not bring me the best version of themselves like others experience. It cannot be conditional - consistency and alignment with your higher self isn’t something that should be compromised for any reason or excuse.

You also have the ability to transmute this friction, this stress and tension, into something productive and meaningful if you have the composure to learn from the experience rather than disassociating from the pain as a traumatised victim does in the face of overwhelming stress. We can master our emotions, as they are a part of us, not “us”. Just as our thoughts, are simply something we can choose to engage with or disregard. They are a facet of our being but not us. Knowing this objective truth allows you to not be controlled by either your thoughts or emotions, but reflect on them and then choose your course of action rather than reacting to your senses and feelings. Easier said than done. But it is time to take a deep breath, relax, heal, and grow. Because we have to do better. It is time.

I sin nya följetong ger Fredde sin ledarhund ordet, och i kåseriet får vi läsa om en morsk terrier med synnedsättning.
