The Environmental Protection Agency is moving its assessment of possible spray drift impacts on people and non-target species into the initial pesticide registration or review process.

EPA also released a proposed interim review decision for the pesticide malathion, an organophosphate pesticide used for controlling pests on fruit, vegetables, landscaping plants and shrubs.
