'Jardin Vauban' is a folk and vaporous story blending surrealist atmospheres, influenced by the works of William Blake, William Butler Yeats, and Henry Vaughan and a on poem of Apollinaire,  which revealed very early on an originality that freed him from any school of influence and formed the nucleus of the Surrealist group.

At the age of 23, I immersed myself in the world of poetry, becoming a fervent dreamer.

My mind was filled with poetry and daydreams, resonating with the melodies of Satie, Air, Zero 7 and so many others...and all the unconscious words of Guillaume Apollinaire, Baudelaire, Rimbaud,  Supervielle, Char, Tristan Tzara, Prévert and my dear Jim Harrison, all danced through my thoughts, intermingling with the essence of Lille and the enchanting Vauban Garden.

The world famous bass-player and founding member of Joy Division and New Order gives an exclusive audio interview for RoqWest and Suississimo.com. 

We talk about "Technique", New Order's masterpiece in 1989 and Wham!, his friendship with George Michael and Andy Rourke from the Smiths who also passed away. He did a band with Andy called Freebass back in the day. He also plays with great artists like 
Rusty Egan from Ultravox or Phil Murphy (as a duo called Man Ray).

Finally two of the greatest people in Peter Hook's life were Rob gretton and Tony Wilson and Peter is very respectful of their memory. Finally, we also had a word about people getting killed in Gaza, Israel and Ukraine. Hooky, like me, can't seem to process such horrendous unfolding in front of our eyes.
