“runnin’ that shit” staggers between mania and majesty — rapid-fire verses over filthy drums and flashes of harp and grandeur. A confession, a cartoon, a sermon shouted through a busted speaker. Every bar teeters between genius and meltdown, exactly where the signal loves to live.
