Right before summer started, Manuals released Human with Wildvibes, featuring vocals by Cory Ezra. The moment I heard it, I was hooked. The original was beautiful —raw and emotional— but it needed something extra, something harder. So, I asked Manu for the vocal, and he sent it over without hesitation. (Thank you so much Manu)

With my gig at Sunrise Festival coming up, I knew this track could be perfect for that moment. I finished the remix just in time, loaded it onto my USB the day before, and stood on the massive hardstyle stage at Sunrise Festival. But when the moment came to play it, I hesitated. The track was so euphoric, and my playlist was full of tracks with a totally different vibe. It just didn’t fit the energy that day.

Months went by, and I didn’t touch the track again. Now, at the end of the year, I’ve decided to drop it here — just for you.

It’s not completely finished (I lost the project file a while ago). But as I listen to my remix while typing this right now, I realize I fucking love the track — and I’m proud of how it turned out! (And why the f*ck didn't I just play this haha)

Since Protocol Recordings doesn’t release much hardstyle, I’m putting this out as a free release. This one’s for everyone! We’re all human, just trying to make it. (:
