This track is inspired by the trifurcation compositional approach. Layering of kinaesthetic, aural and the visual. There are fusion elements - Latin, Classical, Jazz and Tech.

This piece is based on the combination of a few guidelines:  the beginning of a Fibonacci sequence 0,1,,1,2,3,5,8,13,8,5,3,2,1,1, that determines the number of notes in a measure; the number Pi 3.1415...... that determines the chromatic intervals of the notes;  applying some interval theory guidelines to keep the melodic structure within an octave and half; creating a bass progression to define an outer interval, and then writing some lines to complement, harmonize and enhance the overall effect

Dan T Music - Soundcloud is my space to share my artistry with you. 

As a composer & artist my work is inspired by so many influences. I work with software to make the sound a reality from the composition I create. Being a 90's baby I have been heavily inspired by the sounds of 'retro' gaming. To hear that Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is considered retro is almost criminal! Having studied classically, I lean into the sounds of the Baroque period to explore emotionally evocative pieces that hark back to days of history and of glory. The instruments I enjoy using to create my pieces are numerous and you will hear this from the works laced with orchestral strings and penetrative grand piano, synthetic organ and smooth woodwind. Remembering those smoky days bumping along in the car with my dad you'll hear the sounds of the 80s, the sound of the New Romantics and the synths that permeate my work. 

My dream is to finally see my work used in TV, Film, Commercials or Gaming.  Since the age of 3 I have studied, learnt, played, composed and made music. The culmination of years of study and the attainment of my BMus and MA convey the dedication to my craft. I hope you enjoy listening to my works and please get in touch.
