I started cooking this soup back in 2024 after finding clarity in the flow. I felt how it moved and so I felt how it needed time. The soup seeped for another year with the occasional touch of magic, manifesting its glory on the way. The glory spread and spread, spreading beyond time itself. It spiraled and spiraled, spiraling into more spirals. And then, suddenly, everything went dark. The light was far to find. Even If I could, I didnt know if it was possible. But then, right before the possible became impossible, it cracked. Brighter than I had ever seen, It opened with a bang. My ears were melting upon impact. And soon I saw, It was alive!

It is my honor to be serving this soup under the name 'Big Steps'.

Summary: 
You are an amputee living in a cyberpunk dystopia. You have a cybernetic limb as well as multiple other parts, meaning you’re considered a cyborg by the general population. After your insurance denied replacing your faulty arm, you began searching for alternatives. After all, it’s way too expensive for you to purchase repairs. Let alone buy a completely new cybernetic! Eventually, you learned of a shady back-alley mechanic that does work for cheap. This part of town is certainly not somewhere you’re comfortable being, but it’s not like you have any other choice…

The story of the Replicant God is a cautionary one. A powerful entity whose name isn't remembered anymore, jealous of the creative power of the Gods, built a mighty loom, an instrument capable of weaving whole worlds and dimensions. Despite numerous warnings from the Gods themselves, they worked tirelessly, with limitless enthusiasm and a genuine wish to express their innermost self through creation. Blinded by said enthusiasm they were fully unaware of the falsehood of their work and the damage done by it: instead of wondrous universes and dimensions they were weaving a veil, covering our whole world, acting as a barrier between us and our heavenly home, the true stars.
Due to one powerful entity's misguided and misplaced goodwill and desire, our whole species live their lives blinded by the false miracles of the Veil and the darkness that is the fruit of the Loom of the Replicant God.
A tale of not accepting our Gods-given roles and the ruin it might bring upon us and others, it is a cautionary one indeed.
