Ismail Cem Özturk, who was born in "Istanbul", is a Turkish DJ Artist & Producer... 

His first relation with electronic music began in early 2000s, by listening as a passionate clubber... 

After listening for a while, he has realized that, this was not only a music, but more than that...It contains systematic beat discipline, profundity and has own philosophy in itself. Listening this, was giving him a different kind of energy and consciousness..

And then, this began to turn into an obsession for him..It was the moment that he decided, listening was no longer enough any more..He should have done something to become a part of this stream... 

For sure, he decided to be a DJ artist because DJ'ing was the most important role; basically, they were the headliners...

Immediately after this decision, he had his first setup and speakers.It was an amazing system with the conditions of that day. 2 Technics 1210 mk2 Turntables with Ortofon Concorde Cartridges, Pioneer DJM 500 Mixer, Technics 1210 Headphones and Cervin Vega Speaker System..He must have given this expensive setup justice, because having these pieces at home was very special to anyone. Maybe very few DJ’s could have this chance in 2000.. It was a very important privilige for anyone to play whenever you want and this opportunity, made everything easier for improving himself.From now on, It was possible to practice all day and all night long..

Now everything was almost completed for to reach his dreams..The remaining was his ability, skills, and passion ofcourse..There was no other option for him except being succesfull because nearly nobody was believing him.They were thinking that it was a hobby for him and one day he’ll get bored and quit playing..

It was not easy, even it was very complicated in the beginning.Indeed sometimes he thought about quitting seriously as they were thinking :) 
Although he loves long duration mixes, mixing with turntables was so difficult that it was pain in the ass to control them because even you catch the right pitches, their speed was always changing.He accepted that he needed more time getting used to them, more ability to control and have a better ear..

Spending days and nights nearly for 2 years, without sleeping, listening too much, trying to understand the details better and very hard working with passion, improved his skills dramatically and also created his own style about the sound.Now he was controlling everything easily and was able to play long duration mixes as he targeted..When the year came to 2002 he was feeling himself totally ready..His dream came true finally and he started to show performance in the famous clubs of Istanbul... 

He has played in most of the clubs and festivals in Istanbul until today..Currently spining his radio shows on Wednesdays, between 00.00-01.00 (GMT3) on RADIO FG 93.8 , on Fridays and Saturdays between 23:00-00:00 (GMT3)on KISS FM 91.6, the best electronic music platforms in Turkey...

He also plays @"W” Hollywood Rooftop Club and Club AVALON in Los Angeles in summers...

We can say that his main genres are 
all kinds of Techno, Progressive house and sometimes Indie dance.With the use of impressing Vocals in the sets, you feel the energy and emotion deep inside..
Besides that, he likes to play so much his House based sets for his “HYPOMANIA” and "HYPE YOURSELF" radio shows on KISS FM 91.6..

His deep & groovy sound, which is supported by eligible kicks and basses, is essential for him and adds quality to his performances and use of so many effects while playing, dancing is  guaranteed as well as for dead clubbers :) By using his brilliant mixing skills, he never lets the energy drop down in his sets..

He mentions that the methods while playing, are not important today...
 Nobody cares, whether you play with using CDJ’s, Sync, Traktor, Vinyl or Hair dryer :) People just wants to listen good music from you. The important thing as a result today is, what you play. The "MUSIC"...

Diffraction is an exhilarating new act, comprised of artists - Shaun Kay (NZ) and Marc Guerin (UK). While both have been involved in the music industry for many years, they have recently decided to merge their strengths in the production studio.

Shaun Kay has immersed himself in club culture for two decades, DJing in legendary venues such as Ministry of Sound and Pascha, London and producing tracks on his own record label, Lite Records. His unique sound effortlessly straddles the sub-genres of dance music. Shaun's fans can expect to hear progressive, deep house tracks alongside euphoric floor-fillers and techno throbbing beats.

Marc Guerin aka Gezzie, has been a popular international DJ for over 20 years. His sets span residencies, events and festivals throughout the Channel Islands, to clubs in the UK, Spain, France, Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Malaysia and Thailand. He has worked alongside some of the industry's best DJs, gaining considerable experience and maturing into an entertainer of the highest standard.

The two artists first met in Koh Samui, Thailand in 2007, quickly became friends and soon tested out their b2b chemistry at superclub The Green Mango. They reunited over the following decade to DJ together at clubs and events throughout the Channel Islands and the UK, including Guernsey Live Festival and Electronic Sessions on London's Thames river. After some time away from music performance, then having rekindled their friendship, both realized they still shared a passion for producing music and brought a complimentary acuity to the collaborative process, so 'Diffraction' was born.

Diffraction's music is a unique blend of pulsing beats, atmospheric melodies, and intricate rhythms that are designed to transport listeners to another realm of sound and sensation. Although fresh on the scene, this duo is breaking out of the blocks with such momentum, that you too will feel the wave-bending impact of DIFFRACTION.

The name Kabodah came to me in a dream one night with the knowledge that it was to be used for music. It was a name waiting for a sound.
 
Sound is such a powerful conductor of emotion, add some melody and the magic starts to unfold. Time and time again I have seen how much music can connect people. It is a universal language we can all understand. 
 
As Kabodah I weave musical journeys through melodic, afro, deep and desert house. My hope is that the journey I take you on will allow you to tap into something greater. Call it a higher state of consciousness. Call it universal love. You know what it means for you. 
 
Over the years in different guises I have remixed artists as diverse as Booka Shade, Robyn, Capital Cities, Paul van Dyk, and Gotye. I’ve also had the luck to travel the globe, playing in world famous places such as Space and Café Del Mar in Ibiza as well as Ministry of Sound and Pacha in London. Having spent the last 7 years in Ibiza I have now returned home to New Zealand.

In 2020, he signed his track "Saint" under the German-based record label "Traum Schallplatten"
His most popular song to date "Mind" was signed in 2021 under the “Gangster City” label, which is one of the most recognized among the Slap House genre, featuring the melodic voice of singer Eva Luna. 
Later that year he released his track "Senses" under the german label "Take my Space Records" which is a branch of the label "Trippy Code", as well as various other releases, both with labels as well as independently.
   He is currently 28 years old and continues his path in the production of electronic music, learning and improving every day, in search of fullfilling his dream, of sharing his passion with the world, and ultimately achieving worldwide recognizion, setting a benchmark within the electronic music Industry.  Lunlight currently seeks to armonicaly incorporate elements of  genres such as Trance, House, Dubstep, Hardwave; synthwave, Deep House, slap house and Progressive House, to shape his own style, blending deep bass lines, melodic rithms, and powerful leads, all sprinkled with just a bit of nostalgy.
Despite primarily being a self taught empirical musician, he’s also a certified electronic music producer and DJ by the Fermatta Music Academy,  🎹🎼🎧
