About “Mick Janky”

I recorded a song titled Mick Janky because my music editor, Mixer Master, he basically sent me a, he always sends me tracks, you know, like Mick Jenkins type beats. I think Mick Jenkins is sick, so one day he sent me a beat titled Mick Jenkins. I didn’t know who it was, so I hopped on it.

I couldn’t think of anything, so at the time the working title was Mick Janky. The song’s really just about me and my personal, my behavior, my tendencies. I’m really just like, you know, just rapping. It’s a good vibe, it’s pretty cool, pretty mellow type song. I wouldn’t say sad, but it’s definitely a mellow vibe, man.

This is just a case of me hopping on the beat and making some good music. The chorus is pretty awesome. I threw the song together very quickly and then recorded it a few times to get it sounding nice. Yeah, but this is just a vibe, man. It’s really just a vibe, bro. Hope you enjoy it.
