I feel this piece is something I simply couldn’t have written in my youth; at that time things seem very straightforward and possible whereas now, at the other end of the path so to speak,  I can’t say I’m entirely sure about anything anymore - except possibly that the path that once stretched on so directly is, after all, simply circular. Somewhere along the way we come to a point where our body isn’t much use anymore and so we slip it off, as we would a heavy winter overcoat in the beautiful sun of spring, and carry on our merry way, dancing to what comes afterwards.
