INTERVIEW WITH DR.SCOTT STEVENSON ON FORTITUDE TRAINING, NUTRIENT TIMING & MORE.

With this episode, I want to offer you INSPIRATION, LIBERATION and FREEDOM, from the powerlessness you have been feeling in your relationships, romantic or non-romantic!

BUT I want to provide you with an insight on why we get into romantic relationships, and what they are able to show us about our relationship with ourselves, and the codependent patterns we live into. 

From a very young age we fall into the practice of focusing on the needs of our caretakers rather than ourselves. This is because we put focus on HOW we can get a positive reaction from our caretakers/parents rather than a negative one.

We want reward, we want to make them laugh, or impress them. We begin to realize that in order for people to be happy with us, we must focus more on them - thus un-learning the practice of "going within" to find completion, wholeness, and unconditional love.

It's our job to complete ourselves. As long as we look outside of ourselves for other people or sources to take care of things we don't want to take care of, we will never be happy or fulfilled. We will not be able to experience TRUE unconditional love within ourselves, and with those outside of us.

In this episode, we talk about:
