Surah 54: Al-Qamar (The Moon) - Recited by Ahmed Abdelhamid Tahoun

Al-Qamar is the fifty-fourth chapter of the Holy Qur'an, consisting of 55 verses. It is a Meccan Surah that begins with the chilling declaration: "The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split." This refers to the great miracle performed by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Mecca, witnessed by the disbelievers, yet still denied by them.

The Surah’s core theme is the certainty of the Day of Judgment, illustrated by the historical patterns of destruction. The refrain, "And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?" is powerfully repeated multiple times throughout the chapter.

Key Themes in Surah Al-Qamar include:

* The Miracle of the Moon: The opening verses describe the splitting of the moon as an undeniable, yet rejected, sign of the Hour's approach.

Nelayan is a complete artist who has been producing electronic music since 2004. He started playing HARDCORE / GABBER music in his bedroom at the age of 15 and quickly realized that electronic music was an escape from reality for him. He discovered techno music in 2006, with influences such as RICHIE HAWTIN, CARL COX and SVEN VÄTH. For years, he performed extensively in Europe under another name, from Barcelona to Ibiza, via Montpellier or Toulouse, in legendary clubs such as EL ROW (Barcelona), BORA-BORA in Ibiza or DIEZE in Montpellier. After a European tour with another project, Nelayan went solo in 2024 with new ambitions. His remix of "ARIA" is played worldwide by SPACE 92, among others, and his track ANTIDOTE, in collaboration with SONOTIK, is playlisted by ALIGNMENT, NUSHA and many other artists. In 2025, several of his releases are playlisted by big names like LILLY PALMER. He signs a single and enters the top 1 of the famous label IAMT Records of SPARTAQUE. He is also in the top 1 of the labels POPOF and FORM. Most of his releases are in the Beatport top 100. Nelayan also signs his best track "ANGELS" with the label MEMORO of the duo JOYHAUSER, this track was played at Tomorrowloand Brazil and Awekening among others.
