i had a realization this summer that some of the metric compositional work I've been doing for years could be realized really well in an electronic music context. this is a re-interpretation of a handful of my own pieces from the last 8 years or so. originally put together for the Bruised Peach Festival in brooklyn in october.

October Mix

Pixel puppeteer, and DJ since 1989 in Ottawa, Canada. Co-hosted an overnight reggae/hip-hop show, as well as co-hosting Planet Rave with DJ Teknobrat on CKCU-FM 1991-93. Early rave DJ as well as in the clubs alongside Ottawa stalwarts like Trevor Walker and Lance Baptiste. Lived in Detroit, MI 93-95, then Atlanta 95-02 before moving to Vancouver, Canada. Current co-host of Art of Beatz, Vancouver's longest-running radio show dedicated to electronic dance music in all its forms, from 0-200 bpm since 2004 on Co-Op Radio 100.5 FM.
