Live Modular Techno Jam – Monsoon Atmospheres & Moog Power | Ç𝚎𝚛𝚜

Here’s a new 30-minute live jam I recorded few days ago with my classic setup, focusing this time on building deep, evolving atmospheres.

The main player here is the Monsoon by Big T Music LTD — a beautiful Clouds clone that brings lush textures and dynamic movement to the modular. Alongside, I’ve pushed the ‪@MoogSynthesizers‬  DFAM and the Labyrinth to create rhythmic, percussive patterns that blend perfectly with the ambient layers.

On the drums side, I went full techno-industrial with a Digitakt II loaded with reworked 909, 808, 707, and 727 kits. The ‪@WeAreElektron‬ Digitakt II holds the groove with solid sequences, while the Syntakt adds some lead and bass notes for extra punch.

As always, everything is improvised live, while the drums are prepped, the modular side is pure live tweaking. The Oxi One of ‪@oxiinstruments‬  keeps everything tight, managing sequences and variations on the fly.

Exciting news: I’m waiting for the VHIKK X by ‪@forge_tme‬  to arrive next month, plus a new Eurorack travel case project is in the works. Stay tuned for the next jam!

I’m Émilien, also known as Ç𝚎𝚛𝚜, a DJ an a live performer. Based in Barcelona, I craft dark and melodic performances inspired by my travels, underground explorations, and a meticulous approach to sound selection.

Echoform+ModeM is a new creative chapter and collaboration heavily influenced by the innovation, logic, and precision of early 1990's electronic music and modern day technical mechanix inspired by artists such as Time Modem, Lassigue Bendthaus, Aes Dana, Geomatic, Clock DVA, Implant Code, Sundial Aeon, Artefakto, Trilithon, The Klinik, X Marks The Pedwalk and labels Music Research GMBH, Abfahrt, Boy, Ausfahrt, and Ultimae, among others. The music is a fusion of cerebral intelligence and trance influences. This is not techno dance floor drudgery.
