As the holiday season unfolds around us, the pull of distractions and pressures can easily divert our mind, body, and spirit from the path God desires. It’s a time when expectations run high, and focusing on what truly matters often feels like an uphill battle. But there is one simple yet powerful weapon we can wield to stay grounded: a heart of gratitude. Each day is a gift from God, purposefully crafted by His hand. When we choose to recognize this truth, even in the hardest moments, we center ourselves in rejoicing rather than resentment.
