Symbolizing longevity, stability, and resilience owing to their enduring lifespans, leisurely pace, sturdy presence, and weathered countenance, they stand as a universal emblem of these virtues.

Through this composition, the intention is to convey a sense of ease, a gentle continuation within life's current, urging us to embrace the art of meditation.

Creating a guided meditation that incorporates the Postures of the 9 Basic Life Strategies can be a powerful way to connect with different aspects of your being and the environment around you. Let's begin.

3. Let Go – Arms Away from the Body
4. Hold On – Arms Forming an Open Circle in Front

Welcome juicy angels... enjoy this mix I recorded for my Sensual Embodiment Workshop, held at Woodburnia Festival 25'. The inspiration for this mix came from the times I melted into my Melbourne Tuesday ritual of dancing at 5 Rhythms community events. To put it simply, 5 Rhythms is an dance meditation practise. It is a safe space of free expression, release, community and connection to self and others.  A friend at Strawberry Fields (Victorian Festival) shared with me an Ancient Indian Sanskrit Mantra; 'Moksha Ritam'. The word 'Moksha' translates to liberation or freedom and 'Ritam' means rhythm. Hence; liberation through rhythm. The Mantra 'Om Moksha Ritam' is a mantra used in meditation to connect to the universe's energy and to achieve emotional freedom. May we all experience liberation as we surrender to the Universe's magnificent rhythm. 

As you listen to the mix, allow your awareness to be guided into your body and tap into the bodie's incredible tapestry of wisdom. Embrace and cultivate the pulsing energy from deep within your pelvis and genitalia area. Let this energy rise throughout your whole being. Simply enjoy the pleasure of being in this present moment.
