We said Goodbye to a Year full of challenges; we danced our love, our fears, our anger, and gratitude, waving with our movement with appreciation to the old and making space for the new that is coming !!! Kalpita opened the space with a guided movement session, and Mridu guided the spaceship to another hyper galactic journey beyond the beyond.

Our Opening Ecstatic Dance at our summer venue Osho Afroz lesvos island Greece.

Mridu opened the energy with a meditation around life & death as this session was devoted to friends we lost the last weeks.

Then he continued into a sweet ecstatic dance, dancie, groove, yummie as he named it.

Ecstatic Dance with Mridu; welcoming the summer & remembering - June '23

What is best than a surprise? A change of plans !!! Remembering the last cooperation with On Prakash where the dance floor was 10cm in the air, I was ready for a crazy full-on session.

After 50 minutes on the dance, more than half of the participants were lying on the floor; then i realized that this session was asking for something else.

We float into a heartful, profound space where healing through soft movement was the case. Deep gratitude for life-giving this lesson flow with what is not what is in the mind.

It's one of these moments 🥰 That happens ... once in a while. That was this 26th August morning's ecstatic dance with Mridu (Returning from Dragon Seed camp in Switzerland) and Cacao ceremony with Poliana and friends at Afroz. One hundred twenty people were dancing into a powerful movement journey 💥.

Expression of the self through community living; connecting to Mother Earth, and the tribal instinct of each of us. Receiving each other as a whole as a brother & sister, equal, unique.

That was the Dragon Seed camp of 2023 to me, and this is a small expression of it through a one-hour Ecstatic Dance session.
