Die große Herausforderung ist, dass man nicht den einen Patienten übersehen darf, der eine spezielle Form sekundärer Kopfschmerzen hat und für den eine ganz spezielle Therapie möglich und notwendig ist. Welche Kopfschmerzformen und -ursachen gibt es bei Kindern und Jugendlichen? Wie geht man diagnostisch in der Praxis vor? Und bei welchen Angaben in der Anamnese sollte man als Ärztin oder Arzt hellhörig werden und abklären, ob eine spezielle oder seltene Ursache dahintersteckt?
