About this edit:
Some time ago I came across the music of Alex Serra, and it inspired me deeply. When he released his album Trance Life, he also shared a few acoustic versions on YouTube that really touched me. Listening to them naturally led me to experiment with this track, without any big plan, until it unfolded into an amapiano version. This edit is my way of honoring the expansive and organic energy of the original song, bringing it into a more danceable and tribal pulse.

About this album :
The artist MAIBE presents his new single, "Corazón de Rubí," a version that expands on a verse from the original song by the duo Minuk to honor the four elements: water, fire, air, and earth. The inspiration for this piece comes from singing, drum, and temazcal ceremonies, where the message was received in front of the fire. Musically, the song fuses deep South American roots, featuring instruments like the bombo leguero, the charango, and the Andean ronroco, with organic electronic foundations, placing it in genres like downtempo and folktronica. This production by Alejandro Braccini (MAIBE) features a collaboration with Becho Casacchia on vocals and Valentín Taricco on the recorder, who also handled the mixing and mastering. The visual art was created by Ezequiel Tufro (Flecha Volando), with the cover photography by Danny Alveal Aravena.

Musicalmente, la canción fusiona profundas raíces sudamericanas, destacando instrumentos como el bombo leguero, el charango y el ronroco andino, con bases de electrónica orgánica, situándola en géneros como downtempo y folktronica. Behind the machines stands Bob Rooky, a creative alchemist juggling two passions since the late 90s: electronic music and graphic design. Born in 1974 near Paris, he witnessed the digital revolution transform both artistic realms.
His musical journey unfolds through The Rooky Flange, pushing boundaries between jungle, reggae and experimental sounds, while Rflange Project explores editorial ventures and visual storytelling.
Years of computer-assisted music production have shaped his unique sonic universe, where his graphic designer's eye creates bridges between visual and audio landscapes. Driven by passion for electronic sounds and visual creation, Bob Rooky continues contributing his own flavor to France's rich electronic scene.
