MCDVIII is a synthwave musician from Brazil who makes electronic music with retro sounds, touching on themes of loneliness, memory, and space. The music aims to take listeners to a different place with its synths and steady beats.

The project began with EPs that found fans in the synthwave community. Works like Neon Dreams (Remastered), Tempus and L'éternité appeared on Spotify, Apple Music, and Beatport, reaching a growing audience. In 2024, the album When Angels Burn was released, featuring 11 tracks that mix calm and strong moments. Songs like “Solitary Tree” and “Memories” connected with listeners. In 2025, the song “Hope” gained traction, helping the artist reach 2 million streams that year.

Inspired by the night, 1408 prefers to stay private and focuses on studio work instead of live performances. The music is available on SoundCloud, Deezer, Pandora, etc.
