I had the honor to play a set on our beloved mystic creatures festival.
The vibe on then spirit space was beautiful. The energy was playful, dancy, cuddly and super heart open. Exactly the vibe I needed.

After a year break of playing music I felt fearful the days before the festival and I arrived at my time slot after playing a super spicy fireshow ("Satisfire" check them out at IG!!!). So being bodywise super exhausted, still excited to play my set, I opend up more and more while djing. I felt energy rising. I felt naked showing my self to the audience with the authentic music selection and the audience showing them to me and celebrating it. It was stunningly beautiful.
Afterwards I got heartwarming feedback from many people and felt so, so grateful.

This set was truly special, to say the least. It marked several firsts for me: my first time in Poland and my first time playing an all-original set. Leading up to it, I was caught in a wave of emotions—equal parts terrified and excited. But after that unforgettable Friday night, all I can say is WOW. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who was there, dancing to my music from start to finish. You've filled my soul to the brim! Until we meet again—hopefully on a dance floor just as magical as this one. xxxx

After Stavroz and Mimi Love, I had the honor of taking over the Mystic Circus Stage on Saturday night, surrounded by many of my best friends. Welcome Home beim SUBGROUND TALK, unserem Podcast für die elektronische Musikszene!

Für Folge #15 hat sich die DJ und Produzentin Konfusia mit unserem Host Moritz in Hamburg getroffen.
Viele von euch kennen Konfusia mit Sicherheit von einem Ihrer vielen Gigs und von Ihrem Instagram und SoundCloud Account. In dieser Folge sprechen wir über ihre musikalische Reise, die ihren Ursprung beim Gitarrespielen in Bands in der Jungend hat und vor schon fast 10 Jahren auf Elektro-Partys in Bremen. Dort hat sie als Teil des Kollektivs Green Beat Elite ihre ersten Events mit organisiert, die nach ein paar Jahren auch zu ersten Gigs in und um Bremen geführt haben.
Im Podcast erzählt uns Konfusia, wie sich über die Jahre ihre DJ-Karriere entwickelt hat, von den anfänglichen Auftritten hinter einer venezianischen Maske bis zu ihren heutigen zahlreichen deutschlandweiten und internationalen Gigs. Dabei haben wir natürlich auch über Ihren Auftritt im vergangenen Jahr auf der Turmbühne des Fusion Festivals gesprochen. Konfusia hat uns aber auch über die Herausforderungen des DJ-Lebens, ihre kreative Arbeit im Studio und die Balance zwischen Performance und Produktion spannende Insides gegeben. Treibend und rumpelnd, schlammig und funkelnd - versumpft mit uns krüglich und lauschet dem Sumpfophon. Eine Reise beginnt, die Krüge sprießen, Äuglein schließen, Öhrchen spitzen. Der Sumpf ist unruhig, Schallwellen treiben ihr Unwesen.

Zwei mystische Gestalten erzählen Geschichten von Verwunschenem, auf (mys)-Tischen tanzen Krugodile zwischen Pflanzen, darüber wandeln Schimpansen im Gewand der Toleranzen 🎊 diladï und R3NATA - die Erzählerinnen des Wahnsinns verwandeln Instanzen in Resonanzen ✨

Während der Mond sich in die Nacht erhebt und ein Märchen von enzian-blauen Sumpfkrügen in den Wind flüstert - schweben Glühwürmchen auf der Suche nach unentdeckten Sümpfen empor, prunkvoll werden sie sichtbar am Himmel - wie funkelnde Sterne treiben sie tiefer in die Nacht  🌠 

Im Schimmer der Dunkelheit baumeln diladï & R3NATA  🌬️ Nebelschwaden ziehen ein im mystischen Tal, seichte Schleier komponieren ihre Sumphonie 🎵 Die Karten sind aufgeDeckt, der Sumpftrumpf liegt auf dem Tisch - doch sie haben noch nen b-Ass im Ärmel ♠️ In tickender Harmonie werden die Karten symbiotisch ineinandergereit und entfalten ihre Melodie. Verborgen im gestrigen Morgen, verlieren wir den Sinn für Zeit - wie Uhrwerke längst vergessener Tage - so knarzt es weiter, es rattert, knattert und knackt im Unterholz 🌀

Within this glow, diladï & R3NATA 🌬️ exhale swirling mist into the mystic valley, composing their Sumphonie. A deck of cards lies upon the table – the swamp’s trump is a b-Ace. In ticking harmony, the cards align in symbiotic rhythm, unraveling their melodies like clockworks of forgotten days. We lose all sense of time, and yet, we creak onward like crackling underbrush, hidden within yesterday’s dawn 🌀

Hard to define, so we resign - just drift along and lose all time!

Sumphonie #36 - R3NATA & diladï ෂ mystical madness

Nach 3 Tagen Verarbeitung befinden wir uns noch immer auf Wolke 7 gefüllt mit Flashbacks und absoluten Glücksgefühlen, finden aber so langsam wieder Worte, um das letzte Wochenende zu beschreiben. 

Abgesehen von dem Dielenboden in unserer Wohnung - der deutlich weniger kaugummiverklebt ist - haben wir auf keinen anderen Holzbrettern so viele Emotionen erlebt wie im Hopper. Insofern war es für uns eine absolute Herzensangelegenheit, ein Mal dort Reiseleiter zu spielen, um etwas von dem zurückzugeben, was wir dort über Jahre erlebt haben. Ein Mal die eigene Energie mitgeben…

Als die überraschende Anfrage von Mona kam, genau an diesem Ort zu unserer liebsten Zeit - Sonntag von 8-11 Uhr morgens - zu spielen, saß der Schock im positiven Sinne groß. Dann noch auf der Enorm in Form….
Wir waren gerade dabei, erstmal von bestimmen Dingen Abschied zu nehmen, um uns ganz auf einen neuen, abenteuerlichen Zustand einzustellen 🤰🏼 erwiesen uns aber als sehr flexibel 😼 und widmeten uns dankend sowie ausgiebig der Setvorbereitung. 

Die Euphorie auf den Sonntagmorgen wurde am Vorabend durch das Artist Dinner mit tollen Menschen auf der Terrasse vom FAME so weit gesteigert, dass wir in der Nacht kein Auge zu machen konnten. Insofern konnten wir unsere Euphorie und positive Energie kurz vor Beginn des Sets leider nicht wie gewünscht abrufen. Das änderte sich aber schlagartig im Hopper. Von der ersten Sekunde an, konnten wir genießen. Die Freude und die Energie wurden jedes Mal größer, wenn wir einen Blick auf die Uhr und das Publikum warfen. Niemals hatten wir bis zum Schluss mit einem so vollen Hopper gerechnet. Wir fragten uns eher vorab, ob wir den ein anderen Track spielen würden, weil der auf einem leeren Hopper ggf. eher verloren wirkt. Gleichzeitig hatten wir aber unsere Hopper-Tracks zum Teil über Jahre gesammelt und wollten ihnen ihren Raum geben. 

Dass die Stimmung und die Energie an dem Morgen schließlich so unvergesslich wurden, lag letztlich an all den Leuten auf dem Floor. Ihr habt unseren Traum in der Realität noch getoppt. Wir danken euch so sehr, dass wir euch auf unser morgendliches Intervalltraining mitnehmen durften. Insofern galten die finalen Freudentränen in erster Linie euch und eurer Resonanz ❤️🙏🏼🥹

Abschließend an dieser Stelle nochmal riesiges Dankeschön an Mona und Marco aka Stan Starry. Für euch als Menschen, euer Vertrauen in uns und für die Organisation dieser etablierten Wahnsinnsparty mit jeder Menge Liebe zum Detail und Vitamin B. 
Ihr habt es mal wieder geschafft, den Kater von seiner aller besten Seite zu zeigen.

This was my Berlin debut.
I wanted this set to reflect exactly who I am as an artist — starting with groove, soul and a touch of humor, then slowly building into deeper, darker and more hypnotic energy as the sun began to set.

A journey of bouncy basslines, playful vocals, emotional tension and release — all woven together under the Berlin sky.

Motshabi has roots in South Africa and Luko stems from Poland. These two vines have now intertwined in Germany and are a Berlin-based duo. This project was born at the Garbicz pre-party in 2024 and since then, continues to bloom. Their style encompasses a wide array spanning from deep house, afro house, minimal to progressive.

Blake burst onto Australia’s club scene in 2020, playing iconic venues like Club 77, The Ivy, and Home Bar, sharing stages with legends such as Alan Fitzpatrick and Pig&Dan.

In 2021, his track "Shadow" on Stil vor Talent hit #19 on Beatport's Electronica Top 100. By 2023, he solidified his reputation with standout releases like the "Phantom" EP and the "Alter Ego" album on Jannowitz Records, placing him alongside label heavyweights like Alex Stein and Township Rebellion. That same year, his versatility shone through with the release of the "Crave" EP on Nihil Young's Frequenza label, further cementing his status as a rising force in the underground scene.

Relocating to Berlin in 2023, Blake quickly made his mark on Germany’s electronic music landscape, with performances at renowned venues like Ritter Butzke, Bahnwärter Thiel, KitKatClub, and Birgit. His dynamic sets, rich in melodic tension and driving grooves, continue to captivate dance floors, while his productions push the boundaries of techno.
