“When Power Kneels” is a cinematic spoken-word composition built on minimal strings, atmospheric hall reverb, and subtle war-horse breath textures. The piece explores a ritual of transformation, where dominance gives way to restraint and spectacle dissolves into stillness.

Inspired by chiaroscuro aesthetics and monochrome classical imagery, this track blends narrative poetry with ambient orchestration, culminating in a powerful repeated refrain: “They brought crowns.”

Cinematic spoken word. Low strings. Expanding crescendo.

From every era that mistook control for permanence.

In Luke 2:1–20, the familiar nativity story comes into focus not as tradition or sentiment, but as real history unfolding exactly as God promised. This message explores how Jesus’s birth fulfills prophecy while grounding the story in its true setting, what it actually meant for Mary and Joseph to be turned away, and what a manger really was. All of this goes down against the background of a pagan emperor who accepts the title "Savior of the World".

I like experimenting with sounds. Most of my songs are going to be #melancholic and influenced by #rnb, #rock, #pop, #edm, #blues, #electronic and #trap. I often blend genres into #fusion. I like to incorporate #romantic, #dark, #literary, #historical, and #cosmic themes into my songs. But I plan to experiment with more themes and genres in the future.
I am currently a university student so my uploads might be somewhat irregular, but feel free to follow if you like my work!

I’ve been crafting music since 2004 starting with lo-fi bedroom recordings and a heart full of strange weather, though i started playing and performing when I was 13. I gave up playing in bands to focus on developing my own sound and find my own voice. These days, I blend dream pop, folktronica, ambient textures, chillwave, drum machines and mythic storytelling into songs that explore memory, m agic, and the sea.

Living on the Cornish coast, I draw deep from local folklore, spiritual journeys, and half remembered dreams. My work is shaped by place tides, ruins, starlit footpaths and by timeless themes of loss, wonder, and renewal. I am inspired by stories and the ebb and flow of life. 

Highlights include The Selkie EP, a shape-shifting folk tale in song, and The Pilgrim’s Path, my tenth album, tracing an inner and outer journey of transformation.
