I remixed "I Shot The Sheriff" by Eric Clapton who coverized Bob Marley. 
There are many elements that bring back to Bass Music even though i kept the original voice and some blues guitar parts. 
The result is pleasantly fresh, I hope you like it.

I arranged this cult 80s song into a Disco Bass Banger version with the kick drum in quarters and some glitchy bass synth in the chorus, then applied a vocoder to the vocals and although some of the aggression of the singing was lost, the song has acquired an cool aspect.
It's such a freaky remix!
