As the Last Leaf Falls

Dieser Track ist ehrlich gesagt erst spontan entstanden... hatte aber viele Einflüsse von etwas länger her die ich wiederentdeckt hatte.

Die Melodie im Background hab ich schon seit Jahren  im Kopf auf meiner Ukulele immer wieder gespielt gehabt aber noch nie ein Text dazu geschrieben.
Den Text hier hatte ich auch ein zweimal abgeändert bis er für mich gepasst hatte.
Wobei meine Inspiration mein erster Aufenthalt (allein) in Berlin war... hauptsächlich die Silvesternacht von diesem Jahr. 

Was ich in dieser Nacht alles gesehen hatte eben als auch Emotionen dies bezüglich/Gedanken darüber wie unsere Welt aktuell im Stand ist...
Ab ins Hotel und am nächsten Tag den Rohtext geschrieben gehabt und Beat gemacht.
Der Beat und Text haben sich über die Zeit von Neujahr bis jetzt eben so dem entsprechend "verändert"...

Nach einer gestrigen Wartezeitspanne in der ich den Track wieder begonnen hatte und einer kleinen Nachaktion später; bin ich nun zu diesem Ergebnis gekommen bin...

Vielleicht regen dich ja so manche Stellen zum tanzen an oder du findest dich in manchen Gedanken/Punkten wieder.. :)

To be honest, this track came about spontaneously... but it had many influences from a while ago that I had rediscovered.

The melody in the background I had been playing in my head on my ukulele for years, but had never written lyrics for. I had also changed the lyrics here once or twice until they worked for me. My inspiration was my first stay (alone) in Berlin... mainly New Year's Eve of this year.

What I had seen that night as well as the emotions regarding it/thoughts about the current state of our world... Back to the hotel and the next day I had written the rough text and made the beat. The beat and lyrics over time from New Year’s until now have kind of 'changed' accordingly...

After a waiting period yesterday in which I started the track again and a little further tweaking later; I have now arrived at this result...
