Waar staan we nu als het om de nieuwe werkmix staat?

Het is De Week van het Anders Werken, in aanloop naar de Anders Werken Summit, die op 18 juni gaat plaatsvinden. Waar staan we nu als het om de nieuwe werkmix staat?

Met de voortdurende digitalisering en toenemende cyberdreigingen is het van cruciaal belang om op de hoogte te blijven van de nieuwste normen en richtlijnen op het gebied van cybersecurity. De NIS2-richtlijn richt zich op een verbetering van de digitale en economische weerbaarheid.

Tijdens Anders Werken werd er dieper ingaan op de gevolgen van deze ontwikkelingen. Wat betekent de evolutie van de werkomgeving voor bedrijven en hun werknemers? Hoe kunnen organisaties zich voorbereiden op de uitdagingen en kansen die gepaard gaan met NIS2? Martine Hauwert en Mike Stern gingen erover in gesprek met Joris Leupen, CEO van Telindus; en Esther de Jong, directeur van het NCD.

We zijn anders gaan werken en dit brengt veel uitdagingen met zich mee want er is veel veranderd de afgelopen periode. Bedrijven worstelen nog met de nieuwe werkmix en hier liggen veel uitdagingen, maar ook kansen. Hoe gaan we om met de nieuwe werkmix en de uitdagingen en kansen voor het management van bedrijven? Hoe kunnen we dit zo effectief mogelijk inrichten en het anders werken succesvol implementeren?

Tijdens Anders Werken ging het over het gat tussen jonger en ouder management.

Tussen het jonger (tot 50 jaar) en ouder (50+) management is een gat ontstaan. Er is een duidelijke tweedeling aan het ontstaan op het gebied van nieuwe ontwikkelingen, techniek, social media en binding met de nieuwe generatie instromers. Hier zal het forum waar Paul Geraeds aan deelneemt tijdens de Anders Werken Summit ook nader op ingaan. Ron Lemmens en Mike Stern blikten terug met Paul Geraeds, voorzitter van het NCD. Wat ziet hij qua ontwikkelingen op boardroom niveau bij de directeuren en commissarissen?
