There's something really exciting coming up for me personally. A couple of years ago, at a time when nobody thought there will be a war happening, and the pandemic was only beginning, I started working on something with a Ukrainian artist Marushka. During this time, track by track we created an album, that fullfils one of the wishes I had a long time before this - to work with ethnic music from other cultures too, not just Lithuanian. And I'm happy that it happened to be a culture that's very close to us - the Slavic, Ukrainian culture. This album features some original songs written by Marushka, that are filled with the love for nature, respect for tradition, ancestors and ancient wisdom, and also some Ukrainian folk songs.

Without planning it to be this way, it happened so that we are releasing it during a difficult time for Ukrainian nation, and a worrying time for all of us. Let this album be dedicated to bringing peace and unity. At the time like this we need turn to our ancestors and our Gods, and ask for guidance. 

For now I am sharing one track from it on my SoundCloud page, but the full album will be available on June 27, which is this Monday.

A mystical JOURNEY begins with a SUMMONING, so we take this journey and embrace it:
* to UNDERSTAND what is that is summoning us,
* to COMPREHEND ourselves as a travellers,
* to REALIZE the meaning of a journey,
* to DISCOVER all the stages of the journey, the various trails, 
* to CHOOSE the right direction.
So it is a TRANSFORMATION what we experience on that JOURNEY and that metamorphosis is of SPIRITUAL-MYSTIC nature that happens "BEHIND” and “BEYOND” the mind and BEFORE the thought.
-It is a change of the intellectual, emotional and moral state and the whole inner nature of man. 
-It is metaphysical as it resides outside the limits of physics.
The word that best describes such a transformation is an ancient Greek term METANOIA.

Like the work of Edward Hopper the music of the Dutch-German Nordfeld is characterized by melancholy and bittersweet nostalgia. With a penchant for the obscure and the deeper human emotions, musical atmospheres are created that lie between minimalistic and bombastic. The musical roots in post-punk, darkwave and electronic music are unmistakable. Musically the band has been influenced by bands such as Joy Division, Dead Can Dance, Editors, Death in June and Kirlian Camera. Lyrically and conceptually by visual art, the tenacity of nature and existence itself. Since the band's founding in 2020, Nordfeld has released the first self-recorded and produced songs in 2021. Nordfeld is Werner Schulz (vocals), Dennis Vis (bass) and Rainier de Bie (guitar, synth and programming).

Noctvrna is a one person dark ambient project from Warsaw, Poland. Combining the elements of dark ambient, drone, dsbm, noise and ethereal into one. 
Currently working on two black metal projects and the more experimental solo album.

Girių Dvasios is a Dub Techno, Electronic dub and ambient music project started in early 2009. The name of the project means “The Spirits of The Woods” in Lithuanian. The sound of Girių Dvasios is inspired by ancient Baltic culture and the nature of this area. A big inspiration and influence comes from thick forests of Lithuania. Every Girių Dvasios track has a Lithuanian name, which is in one way or another related to nature.

Through the sounds of forgotten instruments and ancient melodies Loell Duinn (lo-el  d^in) takes you on a journey into the mythical history of the Balkans, Europe, the World and beyond. 
The mystical musical journey of Loell Duinn starts in the spring of 2003. from Croatian region called Istra.
First as a duo then trio, qurtet, quintet untill it becomes a "rich" sextet and, as such, performs at many concert venues and festivals like „Wave & Gotik Treffen“ in Germany,  „Dark Bombastic Evening“ in Romania, „Castlefest“ in Nederland....and other “major” and “minor” European festivals.
With no discernible genre and trendy influences,  but with free creativity and timeless spirit, Loell Duinn invents their own esoteric (musical) world; Structured as vocal-instrument parts that are tending to mellow, melancholic melodies connecting ethnic/folk elements with norms of classical music throughout  historical vision of medieval, renaissance and baroque music as an individual mixture of contemporary and traditional; Fusion of Arabic, Spanish, Balkan and local Istrian sounds using different languages  such as English, Croatian, local dialects, extinct Mozarabic language and also invented language.
