CIABrad.eth is the defacto crypto address for a man involved in the March 29th 2021 National Security Threat reporting as an SPS agent for William Evans an 18 year Supreme Court Police Officer who was assassinated on the capitol lawn while CIABrad was filing a warrant in Kentucky on his behalf operating the victims SPS of the Epstein Investigation, shrouded in mystery and pre warnings CIABrad cousin of the CIA director showed up in the rain at 4AM tracking the assassin and filed the paperwork to protect capitol police from the attack, yelling for over an hour at CIA Security Personnel 72 hours before the attack, the assassin was reported with a 15 minute warning before the attack that killed William Evans from CIABrad. CIABrad drove over 1100 miles in just under 9 hours and 11 minutes doing 140mph sustained speeds from the middle of Eastern Kentucky at an undercover FBI military base in the middle of the night with a Netherlands special forces unit tipping him off with intel from a shared military satellite. CIABrad had a body cam the entire time, the entire operation was recorded. Not only was CIABrad fighting corrupt law enforcement from Kentucky who were already committing murder and identity theft he was kidnapped by them over 30 times in Kentucky and tortured across state lines and imprisoned for over 600 days with no trial finally acquitted without prejudice. He bought his first Bitcoins in March of 2009. This song is dedicated to George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, Condoleeza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld and everyone who built the patriot act.
