I've only written a handful of songs this year
They all sound the same and they suck
I cut the bad from my life, I've made some amends with mine
I still miss the bad times and strife

I'm aware it seems easy
When you don't care
And enough has been broken
And what's fair is fair
So why do I feel it's my fault?
I hope next year is better for me

I know this stance I take seems a bit contentious
But I'm sick of the misery friends like you bring to me
Nights turn to silence and silence seems better than
Arguing night after night

You should know, as friends we're over
Try and find some joy this December
And bring in your faults to next year
Cuz I know you wont ever change

Try to find solace in the fact that it's over
No matter what's said to me, I can't do much worse
All the time that I've wasted with friends that I hate
I'll just focus on those that I don't

I'll try to be better next year

Her unwavering belief in the power of resilience and determination drives her ultimate goal: to empower her fans to realize their full potential and achieve their dreams, no matter the circumstances.
