Even more startling, there's talk of raising it to forty-four dollars per month by twenty twenty-nine! With mounting losses projected to hit five billion dollars this year, mostly due to staffing and operational costs, the price increase aims to ease the financial strain. But hold on! Many current subscribers already think twenty dollars is too steep. Will this hike cause a mass exodus of users? Only time will tell.

Amazon and Anthropic A.I. partnership cleared. Meanwhile, across the pond, the United Kingdom's Competition and Markets Authority has wrapped up its investigation into Amazon's partnership with Anthropic, the creators of the ChatGPT competitor, Claude. Despite initial concerns about whether this partnership could give Amazon undue influence over Anthropic, the investigation found no breach of competition rules. Gmail's Smart Reply feature gets smarter with AI integration. Google is rolling out upgrades that will enhance Gmail's Smart Reply feature using advanced AI technologies.
