olabileceği iddia edilen yazıda, şu görüşlere yer verildi:
- “Bayraktar dronların başarısı sayesinde Türkiye’de o kadar popüler ki, hiçbir hükûmet ondan ve şirketinden
uzaklaşamaz. Bu nedenle Türk siyaseti üzerindeki etkisinin artması muhtemel.
- 2021’de Baykar, yıllık 664 milyon dolarlık satışla Türkiye’nin en büyük silah ihracatçısıydı. Şirket, Ukrayna’daki savaş
sonucunda büyümeye devam etti.
- Geçen yıl Baykar, 27 ülkeye 1,18 milyar dolar değerinde insansız hava aracı ve diğer teknolojileri ihraç etti.
- Bayraktar TB2 insansız hava araçları, Trablus’taki hükûmetin, Hafter’in ayaklanmasını bastırmasına yardımcı oldu.
- Azerbaycan’ın Ermenistan’a karşı zaferinde etkili oldular.
- Ukrayna’da kullanıldılar.
- Baykar, Erdoğan’ın iktidara geldiği 2003’ten bu yana 10 kat büyüyen Türkiye’nin savunma sanayisinin amiral gemisi.
- Bayraktar, dronların diğer silahlardan daha hassas olduğunu söylüyor ve operasyonları kameralarla kaydedildiği için
hesap verilebilirliğin daha fazla olduğunu belirtiyor.”
Der Spiegel, her ne kadar ABD Senatörü Bob Menendez’in, Türkiye’nin insansız hava aracı satışlarının “barış ve
insan hakları için tehdit” olduğu yönündeki sözünü alıntılayıp, haftalık eleştiri dozunu ihmal etmese de, Ukraynalı bir
askerin bestelediği pop şarkısını Bayraktar’a ithaf ettiğini ve Kiev Hayvanat Bahçesi’nde yeni doğan bir lemura adlarının
verildiğini belirterek ne kadar sevildiklerini vurgulamadan da geçmemiş...

Returning to the pod is director Susanna Fogel to talk to Anna Smith about her riveting new feature Cat Person starring the brilliant Emilia Jones, best known for her lead role in Oscar-winning film CODA. Emilia plays Margot - a young, single, and seemingly self-possessed woman who meets Robert, played by Succession’s Nicholas Braun. The film, inspired by Kristen Roupenian’s viral New Yorker short story of the same name, explores issues around dating and consent as we follow Margot in her fledgling relationship with Robert. Susanna Fogel shares how the team brought the story to the big screen, and how she hopes it will provoke discussion around issues such as consent and dating.

Also returning to the pod in this episode is Ellen E Jones, film critic, broadcaster and writer who offers her insight into Cat Person and the cinematic language used in the film. Anna and Ellen delve into the representation and perspectives of both Margot and Robert, but also Margot’s mother Kelly (Hope Davis) and Margot’s lecturer and mentor played by Isabella Rossellini. Ellen’s new book 'Screen Deep: How film and TV can solve racism and save the world' is out in February 2024.

Life Outside Poker is a new podcast for PokerNews hosted by Connor Richards that seeks to pull back the curtain on poker players and allow viewers and listeners to get to know them on a personal level.

In the 18th episode, Connor speaks with author and psychologist Maria Konnikova about her family leaving Russia to come to the US, writing her first story in kindergarten, being mentored by Steven Pinker at Harvard, meeting Erik Seidel for the first time and her 2020 bestseller The Biggest Bluff that explored her poker journey.

Konnikova, a PokerStars ambassador, also talked about her research for an upcoming book into cheating in poker and other games, as well as game integrity rule changes implemented at EPT Barcelona that Konnikova said needed to go even further.

"I think what PokerStars has done is amazing. I think you need to go a step further and not have any electronics anywhere on the table. Like, I think phones need to be on the floor, in your bag."

"I would actually also ban sunglasses because ... there's so much technology that (that can enable cheating)."
