Just tidying up some old files and I found this one. A combination of field recordings, electronic composition and melodica, Storm was initially composed a few years ago before the big wet. The presence of rain and storms are so enriching for all ecosystems, I composed thinking of the deep soaking water reaching far into the water table.

The Nimbin MardiGrass is an annual rally & celebration in the tiny village of Nimbin in northern NSW, Australia.  Beginning in 1993, MardiGrass is held to protest the drug laws, educate people on the various uses of cannabis (medicinal, industrial, recreational & spiritual) and to celebrate the culture that has grown here over the last 40 years.

Our mission is to bring about change with as much fun as possible.

Bluntfield plays the art of hip-hop to the full extent, sharpening his tool of knowledge and ideals into his weapon of choice.

Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, this west coast MC draws a heavy current for his lyrical charge from the anti-establishment film heroes of his childhood and comic legends Bill Hicks, Bill Burr, George Carlin and Joe Rogan. He cites his musical influences from international rap artists such as Cypress Hill, KRS-One, Redman and spoken word poet/rapper Sage Francis along with Australian hip hop artists Drapht, Seth Sentry, Bliss n Eso, Horrorshow, Mantra, Vents and Trials.

In 2012, while on tour in Australia, US rap artist Hopsin had the audience at his live Perth live vote an impromptu freestyle showcase to which Bluntfield was declared the winner. This recognition led to the rapper joining the US rapper onstage twice more during tours over the following years. Following the initial foray into the local scene, Bluntfield recorded and released his debut EP ‘The Black Sheep’ in 2014 including the comical single 'First World Pains'.

2016 marked the year of his debut album 'Right For Admission' featuring the first single ‘The Dark Crystal’. The track spoke to the urgent epidemic of methamphetamine use across WA which has seen an unfortunate rise in usage rates far greater than the national average. The single’s video dropped on social media in January and was met with great reception, including a nomination for the Western Australian Music Industry’s ‘Song of the Year’ Award in the urban/hip-hop category.

Second single from the album, Just Say Know, dropped April 20, not coincidentally on the cannabis cultured 4/20 Day. Here, the emcee advocates for the use of cannabis and deconstructs the hypocrisies behind the drug’s prohibition including production from Dazastah of Downsyde fame.  Following the third single 'Walkers', Bluntfield dropped the debut full-length album 'Right For Admission' in August and as a result supported international artists The Four Owls and The Doppelgangaz and an appearance at SouthBound for ‘Comedians vs Rappers’.
Furthering his exposure on the live scene, Bluntfield has matured his performance, appearing on stages for a run of hybrid showcases under his label Mad Fap Entertainment, featuring a mesh-up of local artists from a wide range of genres (ChronicFest I - III, Mad Planet Showcases I - VIII)

With a successful run of debut MadFappaMania shows and Comedians vs Rappers appearances at Fringe World over Summer, support slots for Australian heavyweights Drapht, Spit Syndicate and Seth Sentry, Canadas Swollen Members, a WAMI nomination for Song of the Year 'The Soap Box' and the release of The Jan Michael Vincent Mixtape, 2017 was a whirlwind of milestones.

2018 saw a it’s fourth run of sold out ‘Comedians vs Rappers’ at Fringe World as well as the Exmouth Festival, supports for artists Chris Webby, Downsyde and Merkules along with the first interstate shows in NSW (Nimbin MardiGrass) and Melbourne, along with winning the 30 man ‘War of the Words’ elimination tournament hosted by SBX leader Optamus. The year culminated in the release of 'The Meat Clown' EP in December.

2019 showed no signs of slowing down with yet another slew of sold out ‘Comedians vs Rappers’ at Fringe World, an appearance at Nannup Music Festival, hosting duties at Colab (Perths longest running freestyle event) and supports alongside Dizzy Wright and Seth Sentry. With the release of IDIOCRACY, 4/20 cultured ‘Memoirs Of A Blazer’ and the 'Red Kelly' mixtape, 2020 emphasised digital content leading into 2022’s upcoming 'Hairy Goon' Mixtape ahead of the sophomore full length album ‘The Break Out’.

Faye Clementine is a whimsical folk singer-songwriter and visual artist from northern NSW, Australia. With a soft, fairy-like presence, her unique, otherworldly sound feels timeless and nostalgic, capturing the serene beauty of her countryside upbringing.

DJ Roger (Digital Bionics) came to live in Australia in 2011 from England where he started DJing in 1994 in Glastonbury town, Bristol
and around the fields and forests of Somerset.

After being a part of the early rave scene in London, he left for the countryside of Somerset and settled in Glastonbury town in 1992.

He's mixed in a lot of tents and cafes in Glastonbury festival year after year, bars and clubs in Bristol along with lots of private parties, heavily 
influenced by what he describes as extraterrestrial Techno and other creative dance genres, that have a spacey and experimental edge, along with some melodic uplifting Trance sounds, Future House, Dubstep, Electro Tech, Breaks, Drum and Bass , Electronica, Electro House, EDM, Psy Trance, Pop ,IDM, Good Chill, Weird Trap, Odd Prog.

He left his decks and records in England for the benefit of a younger generation and decided to use a laptop and controller for mixing in Australia 

Roger could also be heard playing as a resident, in Jack’s Bar, Keen St, Lismore regularly, mixing a blend of House, Electro House, Techno, Prog, Breaks, always with a psychedelic, creative or crazy edge.

He is also a regular at Honey Pot Production's beats on tap gigs, as well and the monthly NEMESIS collective in Nimbin, bush doofs, and numerous private parties such as Fashionably Trashed and Triple Treat, 

He's also played multiple gigs for 3rd Eye Productions in Lismore NSW's Hub, which is now the Metropole Hotel in Keen street, Lismore, NSW where he’s also been playing upstairs at the rooftop bar and garden independently and now as a guest with the D’Bakery crew.

Long mixes are his passion, always busy in the headphones looking for a hook or some oddball sounds to throw in.

Nilla is the creative project of Titania Irhazi, she is an Australian DJ and electronic music producer known for her psychedelic, melodic progressive trance. Born in Hungary, her musical roots stem from childhood, she grew up with music nurturing a lifelong passion, and began her DJ journey in 2022 and started producing her own music in 2023. In 2025, her track “Entranced” hit the Top 100 Psytrance Charts on Beatport, featured in Weekend Picks: Trance Week 32, Best New Psy-Trance August 2025, and Beatport Featured Psy-Trance (Exclusive). Her sound blends hypnotic melodies with driving beats, creating immersive, emotive experiences in both the studio and on the decks.

Amanda’s music combines a rich blend of acoustic instrumentation and eclectic electronic composition. Using a consort of baroque recorders, electric and acoustic 12 string guitars, vocals, synthesised sounds and field recordings, her sound is inspired by a love of nature, harmonics and ambience, with ever evolving, unexpected and ethereal outcomes.
