Unknown QTY is a DJ from Johannesburg, South Africa. His love for electronic music began in the 90's underground rave scene. Bands like Depeche Mode, Nitzer Ebb, Front 242 and techno pioneers like Jeff Mills, The Advent, Ben Sims, Planetary Assault Systems, James Ruskin, Surgeon, Cari Lekebusch fueled his passion, leading him to develop an energetic and swing groovy style, featuring layering, classic cutting, fast mixing and usually 2-3 tracks in the mix, playing off each other with rhythmic rolling drums, dark atmospheres and trebles that often become hypnotic and lock a dancefloor in. In 2000, he actively promoted his own club nights, was part of the duo that brought Inigo Kennedy and Ade Fenton to the country and held residencies at the legendary Johannesburg's club G.A.S.S. Disillusioned by a shift in the techno scene around 2013, Unknown QTY took a break but never lost his love for the music. He continued collecting records and staying connected to the evolving scene. A renewed interest in techno, driven by both fresh talents and established artists, pulled Unknown QTY back into the fold. This resurgence led to the birth of the Unknown QTY project. The project itself is more than just a return for the artist. It's a mission to promote techno culture and inspire others through the music, with a focus that prioritizes the art form over personal gain or fame. There's no ego, no face and no name – just the music itself. This project marks the -step 1- in Unknown QTY's next evolution with a hint of what the future holds in the mysterious -step 2-.

Cat Gadget explores the electronic music of the past decades. The Graz-based DJ is part of the Grrrls DJ Crew. Cat Gadget's vinyl sets cannot be reduced to one genre, but are often characterised by Italo sounds, driving EBM beats or spherical synth sounds. She started collecting vinyl in her teens and has not stopped since.

This mix was recorded live at Music House in Graz on Walpurgis Night.

BIO:
Alberto Simón A.k.a DESEDEND is a DJ and Producer from Zaragoza focused on Techno and Hard-Techno.
 
He began his journey in music as a child and he started working on clubs in 2018 where he discovered the booths, later his uncle a former DJ from Zaragoza, taught him how to start mixing. Since then Desedend begins to train with Lorenzo Navarro and music studios, where he discovers his passion for electronic music.

Desedend adapts his sets to the event and the DJs that work with, without leaving aside its personal style and musical selection. In their sessions you can hear Techno, Hard-Groove, Hard-Techno, Trance among others.

The DJs who have influenced him the most in the art of mixing are renowned artists such as: Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, Dimitri Kneppers, Remy Unger, Ben Klock, Luke Slater,DJ Dextro, Maceo Plex, Raxon... Listening to their sets on the track he has been able to improve his music and mix of Techno.

Desedend has performed in venues such as: Reset Cub, Sala López, Sala Gorila, Bloody, Bembe Club and has shared a booth with artists such as David Meiser, Lorenzo Navarro, Bollman, DXPE, Valerie Santos, Carlos Perez, Joanna Coelho, Saint Sinner, Grace Dahl.

He is also Resident DJ and Owner of "Warped Society", Events promoter of Hard-Techno in Spain.

Giovanni Giorgio, aka Errata Paranoia, is the head of She Lost Kontrol Records and one of the curators of the Until Death fanzine. He started DJing at a young age, debuting on the Italian scene with Wave In Transition, a techno-oriented collective based in Naples. He later relocated to Berlin, where for three seasons hosted label nights as one of the residents at the OHM club ( sister venue of Tresor). Now based in Brussels, Giorgio is a passionate collector of vinyl and cassettes and a dedicated cratedigger. His DJ sets span diverse genres, always rooted in the sounds of the '80s and '90s with an eye on the dancefloor.

Nacido en Cáceres en 1987, Stbaan es un DJ y productor en constante evolución. Caracterizado por su selección musical impecable, una técnica sobresaliente y una gran conexión con el público, cuenta con casi 2 décadas de experiencia en la escena musical, lo que lo convierte en un verdadero veterano.
Inspirado de una amplia gama de influencias musicales, desde el Techno, HardGroove hasta el Tech house y el minimal.
Este variado abanico de inspiraciones se refleja en la diversidad de su música, que abarca desde melodías suaves y envolventes hasta ritmos vibrantes que trabaja tanto en vinilo como formato digital. 
A lo largo de su carrera, ha dejado su huella en numerosas salas de toda la geografía española y ha participado en prestigiosos festivales y salas como Off Sonar, ADE, Code On Tour, Rebels, Family Club, Extremusika, entre muchos otros.
Ha compartido escenario con renombrados artistas de la industria, como Dubfire, Óscar Mulero, Paco Osuna, Avision, DJ Rush, Umek, Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Andres Campo, Fatima Hajji, Technasia y Carl Craig entre otros.
En cuanto a su faceta como productor, Stbaan ha recibido el apoyo de reconocidos nombres de la escena, incluyendo a Paco Osuna, Ben Sims, Stefano Noferini, Popof, Cristina Lazic, Fatima Hajji y De la Swing, entre otros.
Sus producciones han visto la luz en sellos de renombre como Playmobil, SixSounds, Infamous, Form, Renesanz, Adult, Enter y Avenue, consolidando así su presencia en la escena internacional.
