Nolm - The Green Sea

Nolm was born and bred in a traditional and working-class district in Tokyo, Japan. Surrounded by matsuri (festival) culture, he has learned Japanese folk music since he was 3 years old. After encountering psytrance in 2002, he has become a dj and discovered forest sound on VA / Boldly Audio, released by Sanaton Records in 2005. In the following year, he joined Savage Family artist group, which led by Savage Scream and started producing his own sound. Then he moved to Kansai area in south Japan, organised psytrance parties, Mystlake with likeminded people in 2007, and invited forest psytrance artists such as Procs and Hutti Heita. In 2008, he released some of his first tracks from Phreex Networx and a track called, “Mystlake” from Sanaton Records. At the same time, he founded his own label, Mental Sauce and has been releasing compilations consisting of Japanese underground sound with the essence of North European forest sound.

Sophia Amare Remissionem was born many millions of years ago somewhere in the vicinity of the accretion disk formed by AE Aquarii, a white dwarf that also exhibits many of the properties of what the Earth-born would call a “pulsar”, located about 86 parsecs (280 light years) from Earth in the constellation Aquarius. 

Presently incarnated as a humanoid multiform membrane residing in the boreal forests of Minnesota, she channels vibrations in space-time into a specific admixture of darkness and light for which that sector of space is so well known, emanating a hybrid Terran/Aquarian energy pattern that pulses to the frequencies of her home world, pulses that often sound suspiciously similar to many of the darker of Earth’s current “psychedelic trance” sonic lattices.

Earth’s science has not yet managed to detect the ultimate aims and purposes of her beacons, but it has been theorized that her feverish nocturnal pulsations, apparently half of this world and half of another, serve something akin to the function of a hailing signal.

What are her true aims? What are her actual motives? Is she attempting to heal a broken world far younger than she is? Or is there some other purpose? Perhaps someday her true aims will be unveiled by the scientists of our world. 

For now, Earth’s “psychedelic trance” culture, indeed, has rained down accolades upon her alien arts, deeming them their own music, and it is entirely possible that they are nothing more than that. However, others have postulated a deeper intention to her cosmic voices: though not yet confirmed by emerging scientific inquiry and consensus, it has been conjectured that her frequencies possess certain properties that excite a warping or a bending in the space-time fabric between this world and the distant Aquarius star systems she calls home.

We must content ourselves with hailing her as a true practitioner of the forest and darkpsy traditions of Earth… at least in appearance. For just about all else about her hypnotic sounds and their effects both on the fabric of space, and on the people with whom she shares these emissions is, at this time, a total mystery. Is it music… or something more? Only the future shall know for certain.

Guilherme Furlan nasceu na cidade de Campinas-SP em 1993. Começou a gostar de música psicodélica em meados de 2007 e um ano depois já estava se arriscando e empenhando-se nas mixagens de psytrance. Conforme o tempo passou, foi descobrindo novos estilos, entendo suas mensagens e adequando essas vertentes em seu set. Procurando passar a verdadeira essência da musica a favor da nova consciência e novos horizontes.

Guiners atualmente vem ganhando seu espaço no cenário psicodélico, com sets orgânicos, inovadores e diferentes. Carrega como influencias principais o Forest trance, Dark psychedelic, Hi-Tech e também o Suomi trance. 
Já se apresentou em alguns dos mais conceituados festivais de psychedelic trance do Brasil, como: Universo Paralello, Ressonar, Pulsar, Samsara, FAK, Xyryry Kuaray, Samadhi Parvati, Zuvuya, Katayy, Gaia Connection, Insight, Anacã, ReveillOz Terra Azul, Kundalini, entre outros. 

Nos dias de hoje, com orgulho, vem representando a Biijah records e a Grimm records, onde lançou sua primeira compilação, VA - Hidden Entities.
