I’m thrilled to share this live set from Burning Man 2024, recorded at the magical Caravan of Light camp. This place is more than just a camp—it’s an esoteric sanctuary where art, mysticism, and music fuse into one. 

What made this set truly special was the incredible partnership with Mobius Acoustics, a custom-made sound system that’s hands down one of the best I’ve ever experienced on the playa. The clarity and depth of the sound transformed every beat into a powerful, immersive journey, resonating with the sacred energy of Black Rock City. 

This set reflects that magic—deep, groovy, and full of playa spirit. I hope it transports you to that mystical space as it did for me.

Raised in the heart of Saudi Arabian culture, I grew up surrounded by the rich sounds of Arabic music—its melodies, rhythms, and soul.
Later, I discovered the powerful pulse of house music—the kicks, the energy, the freedom.
This track is where those two worlds meet.
A fusion of deep house with Arabic soul, blending oud textures and desert rhythms with modern electronic grooves.
The photo was taken in the Saudi desert, near Riyadh, in a beautiful place called Al-Muzahmiyah (المزاحمية)—a reflection of where I come from and what inspires me.

Afrikaburn's last sunrise and a week in the desert came to a dreamy closing with this sunrise set I had the honor to play in the middle of the playa, aboard Appa, the big fluffy artcar.

This set carries a lot of emotions. I was happy and tired, ecstatic and empty, but above all, grateful for one of the most magical weeks spent at Afrikaburn. This set is meant to contrast the energetic, punchy, bouncy and playful side of the music I had played in the events prior. It's the soft landing we needed at that exact time.

And then, Appa rode off into the sunrise with us (you) on top, and we silently watched the burning of "Scratch", the magical sphere that held so many untold things. 

So I'll let the music do the talking.



Thank you to the beautiful crowd aboard Appa, to the organization, and to everyone at Afrikaburn that I had the chance to hug and dance with.

My music in a nutshell? Feel good melancholy imbued melody. When your ears have tired of candy coloured formulaic hand bag; try my remedies - sure to get you feeling deep again. If I'd have to describe my style, I would say: imagine the audio track behind an early morning space shuttle manoeuvring outside a space station nestled on the outer rings of Saturn as the morning sun bursts into view. Part sci-fi, part emotional, very melodic and full of wonder. Oh yes, and I drop the odd indie mix too.
