I used C15 by Nonlinearlabs, Erebus by Dreadbox and two analog FX Units to make this.

Long after the orchestra went from stage, the audience left the concert hall, the room has been cleaned: the walls still hold their musical resonances. Together with electricity, pipes, screws, wood and stone we listen to this phenomenon.

The Assignment: Interpret the literal translation of “karaoke.”

The first two syllables are the Japanese word for “empty.” The final two syllables are an abbreviation of the Japanese word for “orchestra.”

Aftermath

Nonlinear Labs C15 sound demos, composed and performed by Tim Sund, a Berlin based musician. The C15 is the only sound source and only internal effects were used. He created all tracks by playing them live.
