Our next release on Danny Howard's Nothing Else Matters imprint comes from DJ/production duo, The Mayans, who debut on the label with their brand new, 'Kings Of New York' EP. 

Hailing from Berlin and London, The Mayans have been making significant waves in the House scene since their debut release in 2021, gaining support from Dance legends Annie Mac, The Blessed Madonna, Disclosure, Skream, Todd Edwards, launching their own label; The Mayans Music and receiving glowing reviews in the likes of DJ Mag and more. 

The 'Kings Of New York' EP packs a punch, delivering instantly infectious grooves, hypnotic vocal hooks, laid back House drums, pulsating basslines, popping percussion and rhythmically charged synths that are designed to blow up the club.

The Mayans - Junior

Label boss Danny Howard makes his first appearance of 2022 on his Nothing Else Matters imprint with his own club dub of Ashibah's debut release for the label, 'Get 2 Know Me'. 

Danish/Egyptian DJ, producer and vocalist, Ashibah has already taken South America by storm, making her mark on the international scene with her explosive DJ sets and ever-expanding catalogue of club heat on an impressive list of labels including D4 D4NCE, Armada Subjekt, SOLOTOKO, Kittball, DFTD and This Never Happened. 

Danny on the other hand still continues to rule the airwaves as one of Radio 1's greatest tastemakers with his new 6pm Friday show alongside countless sold out gigs and releases on Toolroom, Saved, Moon Harbour, Sola & more. Danny's remix takes on a slightly techier persuasion to the original offering taught synths, rhythmically charged percussion, pumping bass and crisp drums. Enjoy!

We're back with another label debut this month from Spanish DJ and producer, Javi Bora, who teams up with fellow Spaniard, Richard Ulh, for their brand-new release, 'Get Down To Work' featuring a remix from the super talented Cinthie to complete the package. Javi Bora has gained respect and recognition as one of Ibiza's best resident DJs over the years. His productions, carefully balanced between classy House and groovy Tech House have earned the support of international first-class artists including Steve Lawler, Groove Armada, DJ Sneak, Richy Ahmed and Nic Fanciulli. Richard Ulh on the other hand has seen his productions find homes on some of the most respected labels in the scene including Solid Grooves, REALM, Knee Deep In Sound, Sink Or Swim and Too Many Rules. 'Get Down To Work' oozes sophistication, delivering heavyweight house percussion, a pulsating bass line which underpins a hypnotic vocal lick and intoxicating synths. Label boss Danny Howard makes his welcome return to own imprint Nothing Else Matters this summer, this time teaming up with DJ, producer and all-round powerhouse CHANEY for their brand-new 'This Beat' EP. A firm favourite at Radio 1 with Danny, Sarah and Pete all supporting his recent productions, CHANEY, is an exciting new artist who landed on the scene in early 2018 when he made his debut on Skint. Since then, he has gone on to release on an impressive list of labels including Toolroom, Stress, Edible, Cr2 and Warner with major support from the likes of MistaJam, Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, The Blessed Madonna and Disciples. Off the back of a recent studio session together, Danny and CHANEY compared tips and tricks and as a result came up with two killer productions made for the dancefloor.
