🌞Good morning everyone! We are happy to share the first session of our Mystic Sound Journeys series with you.

🧘We invite you to close your eyes, relax and submerge into this soundscape or to simply just keep your eyes open and witness the sunrise with us.

Every day and every moment (especially the energy of the sunrise) offers a new chance for change, a new beginning, reinvention or transformation of oneself. 

💓 Our intention with this early morning session was to transmit you deep relaxation, harmony and love.

An idea from us of how to utilise this music: You can meditate along with the music and focus on the trait(s) you want to awaken or re-sharpen in yourself. Visualise it as if it is already happening. For example: you can imagine with clear details the higher version of yourself (for example with more confidence, empowerment or compassion), how it would deal, think and talk in various or specific kinds of situations. You can even revisit a moment that was challenging in the past, but this time you embody this ‘upgraded’ version of yourself and then feel how you would react or deal with this kind of situation or uprising trigger. Now pay close attention how it actually feels in your mind and body to be this version of yourself.

Since 2020 I'm again actively playing music as a Dj, mainly for Ecstatic Dance. Already in my early youth I had my first attempts behind the turntables. Between 2008-2015 I recorded and released various mixsets under the synonym 'beatcook / beatCuisine'.

Playing the handpan has been enriching my musical repertoire for more than three years and over time binaural beats, nature sounds and mantras have become part of my music.
