‘On The Inside’ is the 2nd track on the debut EP "Subliminal" by Sywren, released 24 August 2024. 

This track manifested itself from the all-consuming overwhelm, having more demands than seconds, and wanting more than anything to reduce the noise inside your head, yet simultaneously holding it together, learning to love yourself, and pulling through on repeat. It is a message that is close to our singer's heart and one that is shared by so many. No matter your hand in life, you. are. enough.

With it's powerful highs and guttural lows, this heavy twist on pop-punk will give you life. ‘On The Inside’ delivers a journey like no other and is resonant with emotion.

Sywren are a female-fronted Alternative Rock / Metal band from Hampshire, UK consisting of Kathi HB on lead vocals, Jamie Bannon and Adam Stanton on guitar, and Ash Lyndhurst on drums.
