Podcast # 053 - Steutastik

Steutastik, die es seit ihrem 11. Lebensjahr liebt elektronische Musik zu hören, hatte sich im November 2020 entschieden nicht nur Raver zu sein, sondern auch das Auflegen zu erlernt.

Ihren Sound entwickelt sie ständig weiter, vom langsamen Melodic Techno, der ihre Soundcloud-Hörer zum Schweben bringt, bis zum harten Dark- & Industrial Techno, wo die Füße nicht stillstehen können, hinzu mit einem melodischen Break, der die Raver in Extase bringt.

Sie hatte schon einige deutschlandweite Gigs, unteranderem in der Elektroküche Köln, im Club BlackStone Worms, auf dem Osthafen Rave Frankfurt u.v.m.

Bislang gehört sie zu den Kollektiven Dark Spirit, Ravers United Germany und Into Madness.

Producer/DJ duo from Budapest (HUN). Two friends with deep knowledge in various DAWs and musical instruments teamed up as NoNameLeft to share their common visions in sound with more and more people. Their versatility surfaces in powerful techno, melodic techno, deep/minimal techno and also in progressive house tracks.

They climbed to the top tiers of the techno charts with many of their productions, some were played and supported by the finest artists around, such as Enrico Sangiuliano, Oliver Heldens aka HI-LO, Layton Giordani, Township Rebellion, Wehbba, Deadmau5 aka testpilot, UMEK to name only a few.

Podcast # 055 – Siggbert (Subkodex / Dark-Spirit)

Siggbert, der mit bürgerlichem Namen Mario Sigg heißt, in Karlsruhe am 04.08.1991 geboren und aufgewachsen ist und Schon mit 17 Jahren hörte Siggbert das das erste mal elektronische Tanzmusik von Paul Kalkbrenner. Von dem Moment an war es Liebe zwischen Siggbert und der Musik. Das klassische auflegen mit Vinyl wurde ihm leider nicht gelehrt, also begann alles mit einem Laptop und einem Hercules Controller!
Anfangs Spielte Siggbert Tech-House. Aber irgendwie fehlte ihm das „Besondere“ und machte sich auf die Suche nach „dem Techno.“ Es kam der erste Besuch im Culteum in Karlsruhe, wo er das erste mal Techno von A. Paul hörte. Genau diese Musik beeindruckte ihn so sehr, dass er sich sofort die ersten Tracks von A. Paul runter geladen hat und sich an das Mixen wagte. Siggbert hat „das besondere“ gefunden, und seine ersten Sets aufgenommen und auf Soundcloud hochgeladen!
Mit der Zeit ist aus Siggbert und der Liebe zur elektronischen Tanzmusik eine Leidenschaft geworden, die sich wirklich hören lassen kann und absolut Club – und Feiertauglich ist.
Siggbert’s Musik zeichnet sich durch treibenden, vorangehenden Techno aus. Der dunkle dreckige Beat lässt einen nicht still stehen und treibt von der ersten Sekunde an zum tanzen! Mittlerweile besteht sein Equipment aus einem Pioneer Mixer und einem Allen&Health K2 mit der er ordentlich Dampf ablassen kann!

Jenni Zimnol was born in Remscheid in 2000. She's been excited about electronic music ever since being 14 years old. At the age of 17 she started djing. What was first a hobby to just create her own cool mixes, became more and more serious and she started playing her first gigs. Jenni Zimnol becomes part of some podcasts, radio shows and streams and starts her own podcast series "Brain Activation" on SoundCloud, which is released monthly. She plays regularly in the NRW area and has played alongside artists like Klaudia
Gawlas, Angy Kore and Juliet Fox.
Since 2020, she became part of the Mollywood, Tagesraver and XLR8 Kleve crew as a resident.
Besides DJing she also started producing and produced her first track "Move with me" in 2022.
Her hard yet deep techno sounds complemented by acid elements make the floor tremble and continue to conquer the hearts of many.

Die Leidenschaft für elektronische Musik entwickelte sich in den 90er Jahren. Nach seinem ersten Rave 1993 verkaufte er sein Schlagzeug und kaufte sich seine ersten Plattenspieler, ein Mischpult und die ersten Technoplatten. So nahm die DJ-Karriere ihren Lauf:

1994 spielte er zum ersten Mal im legendären „Tor3“ in Düsseldorf.
Darauf folgten Gigs in Köln, Bonn und Umgebung, im „fourty two DP“ , im „Funky Chicken Club“ und vielen weiteren. Ende der 90er bespielte er als Resident die Housearea der „Flashback-Partys“ im „Index“ in Weilerswist.

Als er 2009 Vater wurde, wurde es etwas ruhiger um ihn und die 1200er verstaubten eine Weile. Lediglich auf kleineren privaten Partys spielte er noch.

So ganz gab er seine Leidenschaft jedoch nie auf und obwohl er überzeugter Vinyl-DJ war, reizte ihn irgendwann die technische Entwicklung und so kam es, dass er sich 2015 dann doch den ersten Controller anschaffte. Mittlerweile spielt er fast ausschließlich digital.
2018 kamen erste Anschaffungen von Studioequipment hinzu und mit 

Beginn der Pandemie 2020 befasste er sich dann auch intensiver mit dem Produzieren. Eigene Veröffentlichungen sind geplant.
Marcuso Ten favorisiert heute schweißtreibenden peak / driving Techno, legt aber ebenso gerne geile House-Tracks auf. Er sieht es als Herausforderung Tracks aus verschiedenen Genres zu einem spannungsreichen Set zu kombinieren, das seine Zuhörer förmlich auf die Tanzfläche zwingt…

filres' sets are recognizable even before you've made it all the way to the dance floor: His centerpiece the kick drills deep through the subwoofers and can hardly hide its direction of march behind its unagitated coolness: Full speed ahead! As dark and booming as it may sound across the dance floor, there is always a bouncy lightness underneath that leaves room for the artistic gimmicks on the effects units, for which the trained sound engineer has developed a knack as part of his profession. Even the most acid-heavy parts of filres' sets, thanks to pointedly placed vocals and smartly installed effects, never lack what makes him so special outside the DJ booth: feeling! No matter if this guy introduces himself through the auditory canal or with a broad grin outside the pulpit: You won't forget this impression so quickly!

KNJI privat Konrad Rostkowski – DJ aus Danzig.  Seine Leidenschaft für elektronische Musik begann 2008 mit dem Genre Trance, doch im Laufe der Jahre begann sich sein Stil in Richtung der breiteren Subkultur des Techno zu bewegen.  Im Jahr 2012 wanderte er nach Deutschland aus, wo er eine Familie gründete und sein Spielen auf den Komfort seines Zuhauses beschränken musste, wo er seine Fähigkeiten als Hobbyspieler weiter entwickelte.  Den Besten zuzuhören und sie auf vielen Festivals und Clubveranstaltungen live zu sehen, gibt ihm neue Energie und eine sehr gute Auswahl an Titeln. Deshalb beschloss er, 2022 wieder in Clubs zu spielen, um diese fantastische Atmosphäre wieder zu spüren.
