Over The Pondering

Recorded on an OP-1 with a small guitar in a low-budget hotel room in Sevilla.
I fell into the story of tiles —
how they draw borders, hold unfulfilled expectations,
and echo the quiet longing for connection
even when we’re separated
by nothing but a thin, imaginary line.

Wrote and recorded entirely on the OP-1 Field during a trip to Sevilla.
The room was steaming hot — I felt homesick while also being sick of home.
Time doesn’t seem to move over there. Or here.
People stay the same, holding on to their day-to-days as if they won’t just vanish someday.
But then you came.
You added something different to the water,
and everything changed.
