4 channels and .IT format? You guys are total junkies! Some of the most senseless compo rules I've ever seen!
More of a tech demo than a full-fledged work, since it is clearly not a complete tune. So, the whole point of this work is to intentionally abuse the capabilities of the .IT format, formally remaining within the rules. The drums had to be baked "in the Amiga style" into one loop and they ate up a lot of space. If it weren't for the limitation on the number of channels, the melody would be much better quality and weigh much less. Surely it can be compressed more, but this requires much more time and a lot of experimentation.

Deadly Kiss of the Night Witch (Narkompo Mix)

A cover of an obscure German exclusive Game Boy game based on some chocolate piece I did about five years ago on OpenMPT as a further experiment with the program itself.

My memory is quite fuzzy on how it came to be, but I remember implementing some custom instrument samples on this cover rather than basing it on all MIDI like with I did the NES Eyra tracks a few months prior during its creation process, I was mostly pleased how it turned out.

A couple of them from SNES Plok with its drums, snares, horn and flute and the 'Alien-esque' soundwave from the original Game Boy game itself.

Truth be told, I wasn't so sure if the cover itself was really considered 'finished', I did some fixes with the audio volumes, though it still kinda sounded a bit too chaotic and messy towards the end looking back.

The choice of having the track a faster tempo and be two semitones higher than the original was deliberate as I just thought it sounded better.

This may be the final track I upload here as I've kinda no longer had the motivation to create any more music than I use to years ago and I've been mostly sharing the smaller stuff elsewhere.

If you enjoy any of the music I've created over the years, even if it's not much, I appreciate the thought of it. Maybe someday I'll get the itch back to create more often.

My dual-genre solo submission (aside from yet another collab one with Kasa) for this year's Sunset Serenade rhythm game song compo, though long-winded in terms of project length, and ended up a bit unkempt in places, even with some further mastering; this originally was conceptualized as a sort of fansong for Rajarin/Kemirii's action fantasy story before its reboot two years after the intro animatic's release on Youtube

Might use this as a base for a v3 (modern Touhou-style) soon

One of three originals I composed within OpenMPT and some freeware VST plugins for the production challenges in the leadup to the All Nighter 10 proper a month later (August 17-18), and just finished up the rest tonight under some boredom.
It's also my first-ever foray into making retrowave, obvs inspired by Firechild, most of the parts being played on a few instances of 2DaT (later DiscoDSP)'s Oberheim OB-Xa VST emulation... I guess
