"No Time For Silence" is an intense orchestral drum and bass fusion that marries cinematic string arrangements with aggressive breakbeat energy. Dramatic violin sections sweep and soar over relentless percussion, while tense staccato strings build suspense between explosive drops. The track maintains a spy-thriller intensity through racing arpeggios and symphonic crescendos, punctuated by sharp brass stabs and driving bass. Complex string arrangements weave through the mix like a high-speed chase through European streets, never letting the energy drop.

This piece journeys through imagery of fading presence, forgotten beauty, and the poignant plea for love beyond death. The composition moves from gentle, contemplative verses to emotional, swelling choruses, capturing the contrast between inevitable disappearance and the desire to leave an imprint on the hearts of others.

This track began as a remembrance poem I wrote many years ago but wasn’t ever finished until recently, with the emphasis on a wish for a peaceful world.
I hope my words and gentle music will provide a moment to pause and reflect on humanity and history.

Entropic Front is an early 21st century digital music project, of bracing symphonic structured staccato instrumental electronica songs, having no vocals or lyrics. Tonal aspects contrast from the stale to the enjoyable, in living, and elicit a range of alternating dour and uplifting demeanors of sound or blend the two counterpoised opposite casts concurrently. Interval, entropic-duration gaps very short to medium, and reapproaches to suddenly halted tonal portions after very recent halts, are mainstay for Entropic Front. The music is strongest suited when listeners desire refreshing dynamic in music, such as when living in impromptu and spur of the moment irregular non-scheduled non-patterns, and the music is least fitting when listeners desire steadier and more gradual building progressions, such as when living in very regimented routines, daily.

Guitar and vocals for Norwegian blues/rock band Square One and Compagniet, Notodden.

Picked up the guitar at the age of 13. First influences were Bill Haley and the Comets and Carl Perkins. My family only owned one tape recorder and a collection of 6 MCs back then. Had some records, but the record player was broken. 

Later influences were Jimi Hendrix, Iron Maiden, Chet Atkins, S.R.V and many, many others. 

Love trying to play music from most genres. Always been fascinated by electronics, synthesizers, effects and what make things tick.

He has work with companies such as BBC television, BBC radio and Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH). After years of orchestrating and writing for clients, he is working on a debut album with a message and intent of pushing the limitations in orchestral music to express his story and connect through the consideration of non-conventional writing merged with the infinite aural potential. MUSICAL ARTIST/SONGWRITER: Stillwater’s interfaith chants and healing songs are enjoyed in singing circles, gatherings, churches and communities worldwide, with multiple recordings by other artists as well as himself. An interfaith minister through the Chaplaincy Institute, he ministered through Heavensong, a
non-denominational church based in California and Hawaii, from 1978 through 1990.

FILMMAKER: Through Song Without Borders, the nonprofit creative arts agency he co-founded, Stillwater produced films and other programs applying song to personal and societal transformation. He created his first film, Shining Night: A Portrait of Composer Morten Lauridsen (2012) together with his wife, Doris Laesser Stillwater. Acclaimed ‘a heartening rarity’ by the Wall Street Journal, the film received four Best Documentary awards at US film festivals and enthusiastic response from a global audience, including Europe and South Africa. The movie tells the story of the life and music of National Medal of Arts
recipient Morten Lauridsen, recognized as the most performed choral composer of recent times.

The Stillwater’s second film, In Search of the Great Song: Fifty voices. Twelve countries. One question. (2016), received two Best Documentary awards, including at its US Premiere, Moondance Int’l Film Festival in Boulder, CO. Providing an existential and metaphorical context, the film serves as a conversation starter for exploring our inherent creativity and essential spiritual unity. With interviews recorded worldwide, including at the 2009 Parliament of the World’s Religions in Melbourne, the film was screened at the Parliaments in both Salt Lake City (2015) and Toronto (2018).

Their third film, Beyond the Fear of Singing: Unlock Your Voice, Release Your Song (2019), winner of three film festival awards, focuses on the inhibition so many feel about their singing voice, together with healing pathways for overcoming limitations and the rewarding discovery of expressing one’s voice.
