In the vibrant heart of West Alameda, California, amid the buzz of Buena Vista, a young Latino named Jess Pulgarian—nicknamed “Breeze” by his crew—grew up tuned to the rhythms of his surroundings. The streets sang in acid techno beats, hyphy hip-hop anthems, and whispers from the underground. They didn’t just play music—they became music.

Jess didn’t chase music. Music chose him. He remixed his environment, turning salvaged electronics into beat machines, blending hip-hop storytelling with futuristic synths until he birthed a sound that was utterly original.
