Gavin was a timid electric-dragon until a young revealer-dragon's power turned him into who he truly was inside: a deadpan warrior who's now hellbent on keeping her safe in return.

Gale led a peaceful life with his father and mate until his desert home was raided by fire dragons, and he failed to stop it.  He lost everything that day, from his father who died bravely in combat, to breaking up with his mate for showing heartlessness through the tragedy.  Although Despite this, Gale realized he wasn't helpless: nobody is; everyone can help prevent things like this in their own ways, especially through alliances.

Guinevere was a loner fairy dragon who spent most of her life scavenging for food and hiding from hunters.  The day she expected to die at the hands of a predator, a stranger named Gale saved her.  When asked why he didn't let natural order determine her fate, he replies that fate can and should be changed.

Gretel is a free-spirited wind dragoness who travels for the fun of it, but her true motivation for doing so eludes even herself, until she meets a new friend who reminds her of someone she realizes she's been running away from in her past.

When Gadalik's parents were killed and he was left an orphan, Glacia came to his rescue, doing all she could to keep him alive and well despite him being disabled, so he wonders exactly why she views him as perfect despite all of his flaws, then comes to realization that nobody's perfect and love shouldn't be conditional.
