It was a special Friday night with the Orin Aya crew, sharing my new song the Wise Old Owl with an extended intro that I made recently that meant a lot to me.

What an incredible night! Playing at this festival has been a goal of mine since the beginning of this project.

The vibe and culture created at this festival is like no other and I am very honoured to have played my music at an awesome set time! 10:30-11:30 Saturday night. 

It was a special time where I tested 2 brand-new songs in QLD for the first time.

Fruit Loop, the DJ project & aspiring producer project of 20 y/o Tahlia Millard. 

Although only being in the works for a short period of time she’s been lucky to have played at and featured on a few well standing festivals/line-ups around the QLD region which includes: Orin-Aya X Zero DB 23’, NYX Amped NYE 23’-24’, X7M Records Label Party 24’, NYX Festival 24’, NYX Amped NYE 24’-25’. Keen to push her funky yet deep and progressive sound further in the coming years.

Soundman is a PsyTech Dj and aspiring producer from Kuranda FNQ Australia. Colin started his musical journey as a teenager playing bass and lead guitar in backyard bands before transitioning his music passion into djing in 2000. To date, Soundman has played support sets alongside some of the biggest names in the industry with regular performances at smaller underground bush events to large scale Australian music festivals including guest appearances on international radio.

Journeying the listener through a stylistic blend of Dark Minimal PsyTech, Soundman’s dynamic sets are characterised by tight layered beat mixing and a deep diverse sound, journeying the listener into a different world of auditory experience and deep dance floor connection.

Give_Way is the full power, psychedelic trance, DJ project engineered by Max Quinn (FNQ, Australia).

His musical journey began at a young age, in primary school, when he played the saxophone in the school swing band with his friend Alfred. In high school, Give_Way discovered an almighty love for the "Core" genres of heavy metal. This is where the true passion for music started to develop.  

In the following years, Give_Way was introduced to Progressive and Psychedelic Trance by his childhood friend Alfred. Fascinated by this  intelligent dance music, Give_Way started to explore parties and festivals. He quickly began to notice a feeling building within his chest. A burning desire, to be completely involved with this mind bending music. Obsessed, he quickly learnt the basics of beatmatching with the guidance of a few close friends. From there, and without looking back, Give_Way threw himself headfirst, all in to this sonic voyage. 

11 years on and Give_Way is a household name at events in Far North Queensland. This decade of hard work and consistency has seen him perform on stages by the likes of, Zero DB Festival, Orin-Aya Festival, Collaborations Festival to name a few, along with making the lineup for the Ascension stage at the cancelled Esoteric Festival 2025 along with being a resident at NYX Festival. Give_Way has had the privilege of sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in the global psytrance community such as Aardvarkk, Captain Hook, Headroom , Imaginarium, Liquid Soul, Pixel, Rinkadink, Scorb, and many more.

Give_Way has developed a unique sound and mixing style, drawing heavy influence from his metal roots. Driving Basslines, ethereal melodies, intricate percussion and seamless transitions come together to deliver nothing short of a full power, time dissolving, immersive experience designed to ferry users across expansive and colourful soundscapes.

Full-On, Full Power, Psychedelic Trance

The project ‘FowlOwl’ was born in 2019, after losing love with freestyle rap, psytrance production somehow found him. FowlOwl’s sound keeps you guessing what will happen next. Just like life, sometimes it is Full-On and unexpected, which is what he strives to achieve through his sound design. Always playing with the crowd, keeping it funky, calculated, weird, and no matter what always Psychedelic and experimental. FowlOwl will take you under his wing and accompany you on his artistic journey.
