Twisted Grin balances dark trap weight with eerie, carnival-inspired melodies. A haunting xylophone line carries the track, weaving between deep drops and hypnotic bass, while soft yet sinister female vocals glide over the beat.

The result is a soundscape that’s equal parts sweet and unsettling — playful tones twisted into something haunting, layered over a groove designed to keep the floor moving. Twisted Grin is as much about atmosphere as it is about rhythm, pulling you deeper with every spin of its carousel-like flow.

The melancholic minomo - "surface of water" in Japanese - brings atmospheric, otherworldly music infused with mysticism.

This band enjoys leaving the beaten path, mixing English, Dutch, and Japanese in their lyrics and experimenting with alienating sounds and effects. Their music evokes a bittersweet, whimsical world where nothing is what it seems. Enchanting violin sounds, hypnotic bass lines and evocative percussion take you on an adventure that at times feels raw and dark and at other times like a mantra or sweet lullaby. Dark Earl, hailing from a polyglot melting pot, interprets the borders of his multi-ethnic sounds. By his tracks it as if stories – usually contemplating where every note holds feeling and each pause perpetuates reflection.
Amateur music productionist from the beginning back in 2003, Dark Earl evolved his sound and gone into the realms of experimental weirdness and outlandishness.
He refuses to limit himself to a 1-genre domination and finds outlet where music is more than just a quest for empire, but freedom and authenticity.
He is one of the most important figures today in a group of young artists supporting hands-on, and collaborating with DJs, sound engineers as well as singers from all over.

Gemma McGregor is a composer from Orkney and a member of the Scottish Music Centre. Her compositions feature a strong narrative, often influenced by the landscape, history and culture of Orkney and contain references to traditional music and birdsong. Following postgraduate studies at the University of Aberdeen, Gemma has had two operas performed - the first commissioned by the Sound Festival in 2015, and the second by St Magnus Festival in 2017

From the capital of Iran, our Tehran-born friend, usually spotted on the dancefloor in front of the decks, grew up in Germany with his first experience of the power of electronic music made at Fusion. But his fascination to join behind the decks unfolded when moving to the Netherlands, his new home, and being surrounded by local talents which he calls brothers and sisters, mentors, and his biggest inspiration. New to the scene and on his search for his signature, Anvari loves to surprise the crowd with a journey through house, minimal, techno and right back again.

Ari is an alias of Anvari. While Anvari, member of Enschede-based house music concept @bootsandcuts, has been spotted serving local dancefloors such as @tuinrel, @basicgrooves, and @onderderadarfestival with levitating minimal and house inspired selections, Ari is a techno purist behind decks. Only he knows what sound we can expect!

Hi, I am Ari, and I love techno, to listen to its stories, to dance with it, to get hypnotized by it just to find out I am in full, true control myself and free and welcomed.
